Through a recommendation, I selected Ken to be my realtor in 2013. While slightly hesitant due to his inexperience in the Oak Cliff area, it ended not making a difference. It was my first home buying experience and I was prone to many of the rookie mistakes. He was able to anticipate my naivety, preventing more than one disaster. Took only a few months of hunting to find the right house and the buying process couldn’t have been smoother. About 3 years later when it became time to sell, he again offered excellent guidance, leading to a quick and profitable sale– sold within a week of it being on the market. Attention to detail and follow-​up are paramount in the real estate industry and those are his strongest assets.

Several years ago when I was buying my first house I was fairly nervous about the process. Thank goodness I chose Ken as my relator, he was extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile to explain everything in detail. He was always reassuring and pleasant during the entire process which meant a lot to me. Years later when I needed to quickly sell the house Ken was there again to close the deal for me — it only took him 5 days. He not only provides great customer service but caters everything towards what you need/​want/​can afford and doesn’t steer you into unattainable territory.
