Hertz Rent a Car

Horrible service. Hands down worst place ever. The lady just sat on her phone the whole time. She couldnt even speak in complete sentences. It was a experience i would never wish on anyone. I from now on will only go enterprise thanks hertz for being terrible. Also the car was dirty it wasnt properly cleane.

Horrible customer service. Employees there on the weekend are lost and clueless.

I reserved a car through AAA with this particular location, because it was close to my house. I just needed a car for one night. First of all, the location is in a Kia dealership and there was no outside signage. Luckily, when I parked my car and went inside the service bay to find out where they were, the office was there. It was one guy and a desk. When I told him that I cam to pick up my car, he informed me that someone had come by the night before and cleaned him out. The only car that he had left needed an inspection (not sure why he even told me that). All he could say was «I’m sorry for the inconvenience» and I was stuck. Luckily, I was just renting the car to save my own car the milage, so I drove my car instead. But, what if I really needed the car??? I was not happy.
