Not only did Davon Gladney arrive within 15 minutes, but he fixed the root of the problem, literally«saved the day,» and then offered solutions that I had always considered in the past, but found too expensive. Not with G&K/MoodyPC…over the last 5 years, not only have they been able to help us keep up to date with all software, hardware and the necessities of a growing business at an extremely low cost, but the quality, customer service, and speed to assess and fix problems remotely or in person can’t compare to any other company I’ve come across, and that includes the big names like Geek Squad or CompUSA. I’ve worked out that I’ve saved an average of over $ 10,000 in the last 5 years for everything my company has needed… it truly shocks me and makes me feel very grateful a company like this exists.
