I had a rush job that needed to be done in an hour on a Sunday that contained abnormal print dimensions and instructions. FedEx online would not let me put a Sunday same day order though, so I called the Hurst store directly right when they opened at 9:00am. Shannon(male) answered and was absolutely wonderful! He finished the items BEFORE10:00am and my colleague was able to pick them up without missing his plane. I cannot say enough about the service I received from both Shannon and this FedEx location this morning. AWESOME! THANKS, SHANNON!

On Friday(Sept 18) morning about 10:30AM I went in here with 4 pages to be sent. I needed them scanned and she said without a thumb drive I could use the self serve that charged by the minute. I asked her if she would help me and her response was I will walk you over there but it gives you prompts and it is self serve. I asked again if she could help me and she told me it was self service. I decided I would go elsewhere as and would post a review online of my experience in her store. At that time she asked me to come back that she wanted to help me. I went to Office Depot across the street and they helped me. Seriously Fed Ex and particular this Hurst, TX location you had one other person in the store and he was using the self service fax and you couldn’t help someone. Yes, it is self service but if someone needs a little extra help you just remind them it is self service. There is just no room for that kind of customer service.
