An above average neighborhood Italian café with excellent prices. Amazingly good value but it’s not just about price, the quality and quantity are also very good.

Small, but really nice restaurant. The best part — it’s super cheap! Got 2 slices of delicious pizza for less than $ 4! And that is including bread!!! Great service too. Will come again.

After reviewing Unilocal we decided to try Dino’s. What a treat. The pizza was so good. It was a really large pizza for only $ 12. Sadly we don’t live here so we won’t be able to go back as soon as we would like but we will be back.

Wow, not from around here but found this place thru Unilocal, something we always do now, due to our food experiences. This place is awesome, could not believe the prices for one thing, and the food is delicious. A large pizza for $ 12.00, and a side order of 3 meatballs for $ 2.00. The pizza was a large and man it was really a large, not a large want-a-be. AND the meatballs in sauce very, very, delicious. When we are back in this area, we will definitely stop here and eat.

Dry pizza… for a place named for it’s pizza. I don’t think they forgot the sauce but may be running low and barely used any. I placed an order for 2 Pizzas as Pick-up: The Supreme, and a 2-topping w/Pepperoni+Blk. Olives. 5 for Quantity of Pizza for the price, but 2 for the Taste. 2 for the Taste of Pizza bought in Aug 2015 3 for amount of Toppings and Cheese on Pizza 5 for the Salads we tried as dine-in 3 yrs ago 4 for the Time of order turnaround 3 for the Dine-in Lasagna(also not enough sauce) 1 for Garlic Butter Knot Bread We assume they are under new management than our previous visits or simply deliver different quality of Take-out vs. Dine-in. Our family likes pizza and we are brand loyal, so we will not order from them on a 4th visit. Previously we were dine-in and thought the pizza was«flavorful» and the crust was not too thick and was a properly cooked texture. That was approx. 2 – 3 yrs. ago! We enjoyed the Antipasto Salad and the Ceasar Salad which also were a good value and quality. I recall 2−3yrs. ago the Lasagna as dine-in being served hot and good flavor but obviously not good enough for a 2nd visit of any one of the above menu items until tonight. All I can say is that the flavor is equal to those quick-made pickup, no-wait pizzas at Little Cesars or Ci-Ci’s, only Dino’s are bigger and drier on pizza sauce and Dino’s are not as greasy. They had the order hot and ready to take home in 20 mins. from call-in. Dino’s if you read you’re own customer comments I ask you this: As a private label restaurant in a sea of Low-priced, No-wait, highly advertized Pizza places consider distinguishing yourself with an excellent product. Our family prefers thin-to hand-tossed crispy crust, and a sauce that is generous and not sweet tasting. We probably will not give you another chance after 4 visits total in 2 – 3 yrs. But, had you won us with our 23 $ Pizza order we would have frequented weekly at certain times of the year and especially during the upcoming schoolyear. Would you pay higher prices and longer wait times for the same flavor and quality product? How much longer will your doors be open like this?

Let me start off saying that my two friends and I came here on Monday night for dinner, and saw they closed at 10pm so we got there about 8:30pm. There were a few tables full so we thought it seemed promising. The garlic bread was amazing, we asked for marinera sauce to dip it in. We chose our entrees and I got the Chicken Picatta. We all got salads and the Caesar dressing was disgusting. More like a watery vinegarette, very far from a creamy Caesar, but the ranch was great and tasted home made. So my two friends asked for ranch to pour on their salad to try and drown out the nasty Caesar’s flavor. We got our food quickly, but my chicken and noodles were literally in a bowl with what looked and tasted like chicken broth mixed with lemon juice and pepper. So pretty much I got chicken noodle soup apparently, the chicken also appeared boiled with very light grill marks. Chicken had no flavor, and I did not agree to have soup. So I refused to eat it and pushed it aside. We mentioned to the waiter and he pretty much shrugged and didn’t care, no sorry or anything, so we asked for a menu to order something else. This place already didn’t have good customer service so I didn’t want to order something else and be charged for both entrees. So I just ate my garlic bread as my dinner. The waiter barely waited on us after that, he came back every 15 – 20 minutes or so when our drinks had been long gone. We then asked for the bill and they charged .50 cents for the ranch and $ 2 for the marinera sauce, which our waiter failed to mention or we would not have gotten them. And we were charged for my entrée that I hadn’t touched. So we mentioned to him that we would rather not pay for something that wasn’t touched. He argued for a bit and then went to the back for 5 minutes and came back and said he would go ahead and take it off this once. So we paid AND tipped, of which I’m now sort of regretting, and left. As we walked out they shut the lights off and closed. It was 9:45, they aren’t supposed to close until 10. But they couldn’t wait for us to leave. The whole place left a bitter taste in our mouths and their reluctant customer service wasn’t appreciated too much. Will never go back. If you go, just get spaghetti with red sauce(which tastes great) and don’t ask for anything else or they will nickel and dime you. I appreciated they eventually took off my entrée from the bill, but other than that the whole experience was pretty horrible.

I have to say I wish I had tried Dinos sooner. The stuffed shells are delicious and so reasonably priced. The pasta trio is another great pick. The rolls are average could use more flavor.

I’d come again! I love the ambiance of the place, very cozy and small. Good for a date night. Very reasonably priced with generous portions. I had the spinach and chicken fettuccini Alfredo. My chicken was a little under seasoned, but nothing some salt couldn’t fix. The rolls were sooo good, I loved them!

Dino’s has the absolute best pizza around! I have only had the pizza, but my husband has had the linguini with clam sauce and lasagna. My son has had the chicken alfredo and they both said it was all outstanding! The bread they serve is awesome! We do take out about once a week since we found it a month ago! The staff is great, very friendly! Do yourself a favor and go to Dino’s, it is also very inexpensive! My husband and I eat there for under $ 20!!!

I’m from NY where we have Italian like Texas have tex mex(basically in our blood). Since moving here I love tex-mex but I’m always disappointed in the Italian food– I’m convinced it’s the water. Anyways Dino’s has caught my attention in a good way. I’ve had the chicken parm, the chicken gordon blu, and a shroom and roni pie. The chicken dishes were very good, the chicken Gordon blu was awesome, very tender and perfect flavor. The pie(pizza) was decent. I did enjoy it but it was a bit chewy I’m a bad way on the crust. The crust didn’t have the chewy that u want it was more like it was in the oven just a little to long OR they cooked it to fast. I would order it again– could have just been an off day for the ovens. Everything else is good– Deff worth trying!

This review isn’t for the pizza. I walked in and was expecting pizza on display, but instead found tables like at an Italian restaurant. Ok cool, menus and table service. Let’s do this. Ordered a water while Iooked it all over. Drinks are only soft drinks, tea, and I think I saw lemonade. The menu is actually pretty extensive. Appetizers, salads/soups, calzones, stromboli, pizza, dinner entrees, and speciality items. All looked good, but I found myself wishing menu was smaller. To me smaller menus means more focus and hopefully better quality. I finally chose the mozzarella sticks and the chicken marsala. They brought out some bread and butter to munch on. It was hard and chewy. Couldn’t cut it much with the butter knife either. Had me worried, but the salad came out and gave me.hope. I saw the ingredients were separate implying that it didn’t come out of a bag which was a good thing. It was good, not great. The fried cheese came next. Another good sign, it didn’t look packaged and seemed hand breaded. Cheese was good, but the marinara sauce was very salty! Like wow salty. Finally, the chicken marsala is served. It looks to be good, but then I started eating. I suppose it was actually ok, but i swear I thought I was looking at a bowl of Campbell’s chicken noodle every time I took a bite. I even added salt to help, which I haven’t done in a long time. That chicken had very light grill marks, but no grill flavor. Were they painted on for appearances only? Chicken was also not very tender and a bit difficult to cut. Try brines guys. The thin marsala sauce didn’t help the bread unfortunately, but I tried. I’m torn on whether to come back and try again. i suppose that would only be fair, but won’t be soon most likely. Lizzano’s and Savianno’s are too near.

Yum yum!!! Best pizza in HEB for real. This little pizzeria has the best dough not to thin not to thick, crispy bottom so all the toppings stay on. And you can’t beat the $ .Love it

Delicious starter bread! Had to ask for marinara, extra $ 2. Ordered the veggie«12 pizza, light on the sauce and cheese, but made up with toppings. They had no problem trading certain toppings for others $ 9.75. Loved the crunchy outside, soft inside thin crust. For dessert, black forest cheesecake which was whipped cheesecake(light and soft) on chocolate and strawberry sauce. $ 3.95 Waiter visited often and kept our drinks full even with us being on the patio.

Prompt and kind service. The bread appetizer was yummy and lightly buttered. The boys had a slice. Nice size and just the right amount of ingredients. Crunchy crust to top it off. Yum

If there was such a thing as a RESET button on my tummy, I would press that button so hard right now. I just got done attempting to eat my take out from this place. WHAT A MESS!!! Ordered a supreme medium pizza and linguine with clams sauce. Here’s the break down: Pizza– I am convinced that this is a frozen pizza from the grocery store that they have pawned off on their customers as FRESH. The toppings had that ‘freezer’ aftertaste. The crust itself had a shape that looked exactly like an assembly line, perfect circle which is obviously NOT made by hand and had the rubbery texture of a Red Baron(although in this case, Red Baron would have been more delicious). Linguine with Clam sauce– OMG. Piping hot… which I’m ordinarily a fan of, HOWEVER, as i peeled the foil down to lift off the clear plastic lid, a waft of BADFISHINESS gushed its way out and into my poor nose. I have never smelled anything more offensive. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt… and took a daring bite. WTF!!! it was TERRIBLE!!! Clams straight from a can dumped onto some overcooked mushy linguine noodles and covered in garlic. NOHINT of olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, but what I did taste was rancid old canned clams and table salt. I am really amazed at how all of these other Unilocalers are giving this place such high praise. I don’t get it? I can only assume that there has been a recent change in management or perhaps the chef left recently or maybe the owner really just don’t GAF. GORDONRAMSAY is the only thing that can help this place. I’m sad to have wasted my $ 20 on a bad meal.

Well I didn’t think I’d rate tihs place low, but unfortuntately I must. The server I had at first was nice, but I imagine I came at the end of her shift because she left-and there begins the trouble. After her leaving it was ten minutes before I even saw a single server-or even a busboy to clean up another table whose customers had left. I had the special veal which comes in alfredo sauce, with shrimp and mushrooms. Mind you, I cannot stand alfredo normally, but I have had some occasions where it’s prepared with just the right amount that tastes good. That was NOT the case this time. It tasted horrible, was bathed in alfredo and the meal was advertised with a bed of angel hair pasta. Here’s the case: It was all pasta in my estimation. They did have shrimp, but the veal was hidden as tiny peices throughout, the mushrooms were evident somewhere-but overall the alfredo overwhelmed everything. I was considering the cheesecake by the time I finished my meal, but again I waited a long time before even seeing a server. Not only did the server never check to see how I was doing, they didn’t ask if I did want dessert or not-simply they handed me the bill right off the back. By this time it was fine, I waited long enough and was running late gettnig back, so I didn’t have time to wait on them to bring out a cheesecake. I paid my bill and left. Sadly to say, I will probably not return unless they fix the issue with their waiters never showing their face to the customer. For as good as the waitress was before she left, the only issue I have with her is that she didn’t let me know her shift was ending, she just walked out after getting me my food and some water.

Soooo… Dino’s is the best. The pizza is perfect, and reasonably priced. When I say perfect, I mean perfect. They keep their oven nice and hot, and so the crust on the pizza is perfectly crispy and chewy. Along with the perfect pizza, of which you should always have at least a slice, the alfredo dishes are amazing, and the calzones are great too. Look, I’m done talking. Just go there. Buy food. Eat it. Leave me alone.

Dino’s is this little italian restaurant tucked away in the corner of a strip mall in Hurst. We happened to stop in here because it fit our price range and it had some favorable reviews. In short: Dino’s was great, cheap, and quick. I got lasagna and my husband got their fettuccine alfredo. My lasagna was served steaming hot and had a great flavor. the fettuccine alfredo was made with a wonderful homemade sauce. Our entire meal probably came up to less than $ 20 with tip. We loved Dino’s so much that it has become one of our regular stops for dinner.
