I eat here once in a while with friends and I enjoy the experience. The bread is so great! My favorite dish is the lobster ravioli. The service is always excellent. I’ve never had too long a wait. That’s about the gist of it. I’d come back.

Limited menu, small portion sizes, and quality of food is poor. Service was fine but the price of the food is way higher than the quality that you are getting. This is like a very expensive Olive Garden that I probably would not go back to again.

Not up to their usual quality. Food was not cooked well, even the bread didn’t taste fresh. Food was very over seasoned

Let me say that I’m not a «chain restaurant» kind of person whatsoever but tonight was a pleasant surprise. A family group of 9 of us went to this Carrabbas. We did call ahead seating which was great because our table was ready when we walked in. My mom and I had the berry sangria which was very tasty. Not too sweet but very fruity and juicy. They were having a special on wine for only $ 20 which is regularly sold for $ 40+ most other places. My husband and his brother had that and said it was very good quality especially for the price. I got the Pollo Sorrento which was amazing. It was perfectly cooked. The eggplant and Fontana cheese where a perfect compliment to the fig sauce. I also had a piece of chicken Bryan which was tangy, salty and perfectly seasoned. I never eat that much food but both pieces were so delicious I couldn’t help myself. The pasta that came with my meal had a spicy sauce on it that I didn’t really care for but I was so pleased and full with the chicken, I couldn’t have eaten the pasta anyway. Our service was excellent. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, everyone was friendly and attentive. We would consider Carrabbas again for dinner with friends and family.

I had the Mezzaluna ravioli as takeout from the Hurst location, and it was delicious. The take out waiter even brought it out to my car, which is the practice here but not one I had ever experienced before. I highly recommend this dish, as well as the spicy lentil and sausage soup to accompany. Five stars all the way. I had planned to get this order from the Grapevine location, but on calling was told they are permanently closed. This is unfortunate as I had enjoyed a dinner there just last week.

My first experience here was actually just a few weeks ago and I was completely shocked as to WHYTHEHECK I NEVERGOHERE! I go totally gung-ho over Italian food, but my boyfriend absolutely hates it so it’s hard to get him to take me to any sort of Italian place. He was being all whiney cause I made him take me here and guess what!!! He LOVED It! So for someone who doesn’t like Italian food to say that this place is seriously delicious says a lot! Also we were seated right away and everyone seemed friendly. Our service was great as well! They serve their bread warm which is a huge plus!

Love, love, love this place. The best fried calamari hands down! If we could eat here every day we would. We have had practically everything on the menu and very seldom are we disappointed.

I am only giving this a two star because the service was excellent. The food was absolutely repulsive. This is the second time that I have tried to eat at this restaurant and will not go back for a third. Both experiences were not worth the price. Please take it from me; save yourself the $ 50. Stop by Fazoli’s take it home and crack open a bottle of wine in front the fireplace. Your evening will be much better if you do. Now, if you like a lot of garlic, smells coming from your plate that repeal you from the table, and watered down Alfredo sauce that the cheese /fat has separated from the water that it was thinned in. Then I implore you to enjoy your evening. However; I found that my evening after these experiences, at this«fine dinning» restaurant, were filled with finding the correct combination of Coffee and sweets to clear my palate.

I’ve been to this location when it has been busy and when it’s been slow. Regardless of how busy they are I’ve always received great service. I highly recommend the Pollo Rosa Maria.

I had enough food for dinner and breakfast! The resturant is to packed. Everywhere there could be a chair there is one. It would be better if they took some seating out so you don’t feel like your eatting with a stranger. They were very busy but our server was okay and the food came out quick.

On our visit the food was very food but the service was unbelievably bad, so bad that no amount of great food would have made for it. I had the Chicken Marsala and though it was pricey it was pretty tasty. We arrived for a late dinner but there were still alot of customers eating so we weren’t keeping them open. Our server was inattentive and at one point I had to ask the hostess for a refill. I’ll likely go back back sometime in the future, but I might bring along some trailmix so I don’t starve while waiting for service.

Our server Brian, was very helpful and attentive. Suggested items and knew answers to all our questions. We took his advice and was very pleased with our meals. We came early Friday evening and had terrific service.

We had our rehearsal dinner and everything went fairly well. Wish they had a more«user-friendly» process, but in the end it was fine. Everyone thought the food was very good, and I already knew it was based on a previous visit. Fairly affordable prices too. Only wish we had a semi-private seating area, as we were placed in the middle of the restaurant and surrounded by other customers.

We did call ahead seating for 6:00PM on a Friday night but didn’t need it — we got right in, but 45 minutes later there was a wait. Our service was fantastic and our food was even better. Everything was just about perfect. We had eaten there about 2 years ago and enjoyed our food but the service was to be desired. Not this night. Our server was on top of everything. We ordered the Pasta Weesie and also ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria — we were unable to finish either dish; with the fabulous warm bread and the crisp salad to start with, we just ran out of room

Ok, I have to preface my 5* by explaining it is 5* for a CHAIN restaurant. Now, I don’t like eating at chain restaurants, but when there is nothing but fast food and chains around, my go to is Carrabba’s. You can’t beat it and I go to this location at NE Mall at least once a month. The bread is sooo good and the Chicken Bryan and Pasta Weesie are the best entrees, in my opinion… there are websites out there with copycat recipes for these dishes because they are so good. I’ve never had any issues with food quality or service here and when we sit at the kitchen counter, the cooks give us free appetizers and desserts sometimes — score!

We visited Carrabba’s after seeing a movie at the nearby Rave Movie Theater. The restaurant was surprisingly crowded for an early Sunday afternoon. Service was only OK in that the server failed to replenish our drinks as he should have, nor did he resupply our originally skimpy bread serving(there were 4 of us). The proffered oil and vinegar for the bread is good, but was not ample for the whole table. Ordering and delivery of the food took some time. The fairly ordinary Italian food we received was not as good as at many other local Italian eateries. Next time we will go to The Olive Garden for a much better tasting and cheaper basic Italian meal. There are countless other local Italian restaurants that serve much better food. I’ve had excellent meals at other Carrabba’s and I am not sure why this one is not up to snuff.

Saved My Mother’s Day. I was treating both my mother and grandmother for mothers day to a nice dinner. My grandmother got to choose and she decided Olive Garden. As we drove past the olive garden there was a line that was so ridiculous you would have thought the beatles were having a concert inside. We called the Colleyville location and another 45 mins. So I suggested Carrabbas… We arrive at Carrabbas and we were able to procure a non smoking table immediately . The service was out of this world as was the food Brushetta A+ Mother and grandmother split the pasta carrabba I went with the pollo rosa maria which was excellent Needless to say Thank you Carrabbas.

:Cliffs notes at the bottom: yey! I went here last night after a few hours of shopping at North East mall because it was super close and convenient. I’ve never been here before so I was pretty excited. I haven’t had Italian in a while and was hoping for a feast of flavors. From the outside, it looks really really nice– but the instant you walk in. it hits you that you’re about to enter Olive Garden’s best friend. I feared bland pasta loaded up with cheese and stale garlic bread. Thankfully their bread was fresh and quite delicious. Their salad was pretty sad, the romaine lettuce was really yellow but their house dressing kinda saved it. My mom and I split the Chicken Marsala dish. During the summer months, there’s a fix price list that comes with a small appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Not bad since the price didn’t really change at all for the Chicken Marsala, we basically got the appetizer and dessert for free. The calamari was a little fishy smelling but crispy and light. The Marsala dish wasn’t what I expected. The chicken tasted burnt. i wonder if they used liquid smoke because it really overwhelmed the sauce which was a bummer because it pretty good. I ate all of the mushrooms. :) The side we had was«cavatappi amatriciana» which is fancy for corkscrew pasta in tomato cream sauce. It was alright. My sister ordered the Mezzaluna, which is basically half moon ravioli stuffed with chicken, ricotta and spinach in tomato cream sauce. It was pretty good but a little lacking in chicken. All I tasted was ricotta and spinach. The sauce was a little rich for my liking– but that’s just me, not their fault. For dessert, we each picked our own shot glass of dessert so we could each have a taste. I chose the cannoli flavored one. It was the least enjoyable of the three. Why? The pistachio was soggy and there wasn’t enough of that cannoli shell. The butter cake with pineapple and strawberries was really good. The cake was really moist. The third one we picked was the coconut chocolate mousse with brownie cake at the bottom. That was a chocolate delight. The cream was rich and the brownie wasn’t too sweet which was nice because a lot of places go crazy with the sugar. It could have been a bad day for me or just that particular dish because the restaurant wasn’t empty so people seem to be happy with it. For me though, it’s just not cheap enough to try again. so I won’t be coming back. $ 16 on burnt chicken is a little too pricy for my liking –I could do that at home ;) Cliffs: Pros: awesome location, right next to the mall. Dinner and movie? hell yea! Fresh bread. Yum Calamari. Nice service. Summer specials. Yum dessert in shot glasses– if you pick Butter cake. Will split dishes in the kitchen for you. Great service. Good wine list. Cons: Sad salad. Burnt $ 16 chicken Marsala. Chickenless chicken ravioli. Terrible cannoli. Boring menu. tip: go during lunchtime. try it out for half the price. verdict: not great, not horribly bad… not coming back bc there are other places to go that’s cheaper and tastier :)

Me and my best gal pal stopped here for lunch on Saturday. We ordered calamari ricardo, I got lasagna, she got a caesar salad. The calamari was good. The lasagna was lukewarm bordering on cold. Our server never checked on us to see if it was alright or I’d have just told him to nuke it. It would have been good if it were the right temperature. The caesar salad was the saddest salad I’ve ever seen. Yellow iceberg lettuce, cheese, 2.5 croutons. Seriously??? «I’ve seen better salads at the truck stop.» I remarked. «I have had better salads from McDonald’s» said my friend. and both of us were telling the truth. it was that sad. While waiting for our invisible server to re-appear to tell him we weren’t happy, a rotund man in the bar area lit up a cigar gassing us with blue smoke. Since when can you smoke in a restaurant in Tarrant County??? Isn’t what why the sports bar and grill have to put in a big wall between the grill part and the bar part? Did I mention they weren’t busy and our server took forever? Then he got the manager who also took forever. I’m like. just give me my check. i want to LEAVE. Ugh. Totally disgusted and we will never return.
