I highly recommend AVOIDING this location. I went in Saturday to purchase two new phones and after nearly two hours, I came out with nothing but a headache. I realized midway through the transaction that the employees there, including the manager, either had no idea what they were talking about or were purposely misleading me. Based on the fact that I heard the manager encouraging another customer to commit fraud on their phone insurance, I’m guessing it was the latter. I decided to cancel my transaction and it took the employee forever to figure out how to cancel my transaction, as neither he nor the manager could figure out what was going on. That was probably because the manager was too busy having inappropriate conversations about another customer’s «psycho girlfriend» while she was supposed to be helping. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. Fortunately, I went to another store and purchased my new phones in a tiny fraction of the time it took the employees at this store to accomplish nothing.
