This review is for the website, not the individual store, but this was the store I planned to have the item delivered to. I spent a month trying to purchase a bed from their website; it was a bit cheaper than I could get other places and was the best location. I tried several times to place my online order but got error messages on the website. The«online chat» feature was offline no matter what time of day I visited the site, so could not contact them that way. So I called the phone number and left a message — never got a return call. Then I used the contact us form, and got a reply message after a day or so, that they would try to figure out the error, then another message a few days later that they couldn’t duplicate the error. A day or so after that someone actually called me, and gave me an email address. He told me to email him the details on what I wanted to order and someone would call me. I emailed twice, with a screen shot and all my contact info. No reply. I emailed the service rep on the website a week ago with details of this, asking if I could actually buy the bed or if I should give up. Since I have not received a reply, I assume they don’t want to sell me a bed. I just ordered from beds n stuff with a phone call that was answered directly. 10 minutes tops for the whole transaction.
