If I could, I would not even give this one star. Myself and another person were standing in line and were by passed as the young girls working decided it was more important to allow 3 of their male classmates to order ahead of us by opening the other window. This was very rude and management should do a better job training our a better job hiring. Both myself and the other person left and will probably never return.

I love this place. They have a huge variety and even the sloppy joe’s are good. Make sure to have cash though!

The pied piper had always been a great place for our family to go since the day it opened. They offer a huge variety of tasty treats and even have a great tasting lunch menu. I suggest the foot long hotdogs they are so good. And I always like to get the different flavor juicy freezes. My favorite is the lime and the orange one. They don’t accept credit cards so make sure you bring plenty of cash for the whole family to enjoy a tasty treat

This is my husband’s favorite ice cream place, he would not stop talking about it and made sure we stop there at least once when we visited Huron. He even encourage everyone in the family to make a trip there, offering to buy them their ice cream. We were able to get everyone out of the cottage to go here and he did buy them their treats and it was all under $ 30 for 9 people. Their specialty sundaes are HUGE, definitely worth a stop.

I love Pied Piper’s soft serve ice cream, and have been eating it since I was a kid. Don’t make it to Huron often, but when I do I have to stop by for an Orange Twist cone!

This was the wackiest lil joint in the nowhere of Cleveland. My milkshake couldnt compete with theirs in the yard, that’s for sure! They call soda Pop, and they knock out some greasy food that should be served for anyone’s hangover. Quick stop by while you’re on the long road but if you dont eat stuff like that prepare to starve.

Best Ice Cream place in the area! This was one of the only places I would go to get ice cream becasue the prices were cheap fro the amount of ice cream you got and the staff was always friendly. I always got the brownie sundae and it was delicious! Lots of choices and options after a warm summer day!

The Pied Piper of Hamelin might rely on his flute, but the Pied Piper of Huron needs only the best soft serve on the North Coast to draw a crowd. $ 1.30 buys you a small twist cone, which is the thing to do. Don’t be distracted by the rest of the menu.(There’s also a 75 cent baby cone if you just want to sample.) The ice cream advertisements hanging in the window also border on nostalgia(see photos, or drive up and check them out for yourself!)

This is my favorite ice cream place. OK, part of it is nostalgia. We’ve been going here for about 30 years. I just love it. When I think of summer I think of the Pied Piper. But the ice cream is still good. I love the shakes. And it’s always busy. The place has survived two major events: the building of the nearby DQ about 15 years ago and the rerouting of highway 2 around Huron(it used to pass through the city, right on the street where the Pied Piper is). Thank god it’s still around.

Dina’s brother Lon and I, two skinny lads(hey, honest, I was skinny once), used to come here after a round of golf for a nut dip. The ice cream wasn’t the greatest but the Pied Piper was open pretty late on those hot summer Old Country nights and it was a great place to hang out under the fluorescent and neon and chill out, gustatorially and psychologically. I know nothing about this dressing-down, however. I deny it.
