I have went to this Wendy’s several times, and every time have had a horrible experience. One time we went there and were waiting to order in the drive through for about 15 minutes, then when we pulled up to the window the cashier did not even remember what we ordered. The next time I went I waited to order for a while and no one said anything so I pulled up to the window and no one was there, I did not see any one in the whole store, so I left. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten.

Stopped in here on my way to Houston to get something to eat, they seemed disorganized and this was at lunch rush. Place was somewhat clean but no one seemed to care about the fly’s buzzing around everywhere. I would go through the drive up next time.

I always have trouble with this Wendy’s. Most of the time, they don’t have baked potatoes and their frosty machine is usually being cleaned every time I go through there. Yesterday they had potatoes, so I ordered two potatoes, three junior cheese burgers, small fries and a side salad at the drive through. When I got back to the work site, there were no fries, no salad dressing, only one butter for the potatoes, one fork, and two napkins. I’m not sure if they thought all that food was for me(one fork? Really!?), but I guarantee there were five people unhappy with their service. Between the surly workers, the lack of preparedness, and the terrible drive through(if they don’t have what you want– and they usually don’t– you are blocked in and still have to go all the way through), I think I’m done with this place.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever seen. Sloppy, poorly maintained and disorganized behind counter. Trash cans stuffed full at not busy time with plenty of staff on hand. Simple order was slow. LOTS of flies. Would not be surprised if Wendy’s pulled this franchise.

TERRIBLE service. Staff is rude. I once complained about how rude the cashier at the drive thru was and as I was speaking to the manager(who asked what I wanted to do about it) the cashier came back, stuck her head out of the window and said«She wants you to yell at me and fire me. Don’t you?» The manager just let her do whatever she wanted! One time they have an item on the menu, the next time you go they don’t have it and never have. Run out of simple things like fries and frostys. Slow and rude.

This restaurant needed a good cleaning overall. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it was all spice and not much chicken flavor. The fries were great though, fresh, hot, and well salted.

OMG!!! WHATEVERYOUDO, DON’T STOPHEREIFYOU’RE: A) IN A HURRY B) WANTYOURORDERMADECORRECTLY! Ordered crispy chicken sandwich, add cheese, add onion, extra onion. After 15 minutes I’m told«sorry sir, it’s gonna be 4 minutes they had to drop some more chicken.» Ugh, ok. I’m ALMOST willing to let it slide in an attempt to be civil(and get hot food)! FINALLY, after 20 minutes I get my order, I open wrapper(to ensure it’s correct), *sigh* There is 1 small ring of red onion on the sandwich(so much for extra), and NO lettuce… when I ask one bright«look at me red» haired girl if I can get some onion and lettuce on it, 1) the sandwich assembler says«I put onion on it»; And 2) she hands me a salad plate with onion and lettuce in it. SO, not ONLY did I wait 20 minutes for you morons to make my order, and to make my order WRONG, but THEN I had to assemble the damn thing MYSELF!!! SMDH. Let’s go Wendy’s, get your shit together! It’s a friggin chicken sandwich not rocket science!!!
