Verizon Wireless

Was very frustrated when I left this store. I renewed my contract and got an iPhone. That’s all I wanted but the sales associate kept pushing more on me after I said no many times. They tried their best to make my monthly bill more than it needed to be. I would not go to this Verizon store. Do not buy any accessories from any of these stores. They are WAY overpriced compared to amazon etc. They will do anything to make a sale it seemed. Very disappointed, especially being a fifteen plus year customer.
Manager contacted me and apologized for the frustration I went through. That is why I give THIS Verizon store three stars instead of the previous two. The only reason I gave it two stars is because Verizon has without a doubt the best Network! Otherwise, I would of given Jones Valley Verizon a fat one star.
FYI recently went to ATT Wireless store. They actually let you sit and talk at a table about the plans they have to offer one on one (which is nice and relaxing). With WAY more options, I could still somewhat customize my plan at AT&T. Verizon only offers two plans that you can manipulate the data only. They make you get two GB of data at the least no matter what. I did not need two GB just one. Does not matter to them what you want to do… basically a take it or leave it situation! I love options, unfortunate for everyone Verizon does not offer many choices (plans) for the consumer. I did not rate this store on the plans they had to offer; this rating comes from the way I was treated as an individual. POOR!
