The Krystal Company

This is the worst Krystal I have ever stepped in. After 10 minutes of trying to order the people in front of me left. The girl working the cash register then silently walked away and started doing something else… note that by «Something elsec I mean,» absolutely nothing”. People have been waiting for 25 minutes for food. I just left… let them keep my damn money, didn’t have another hour for them to figure out how to give it back. If you ever go to this place, you get what you deserve. The manager is an idiot, and answerd all questions from the customers as if she really didn’t give a damn.

Since the closure of the South Parkway location, the term «fast food» doesn’t apply to the remaining Krystal locations in Huntsville. If you have the time, the food is consistent and I always enjoy going there. Every time I have been to this particular location it was clean and the staff friendly enough, but slow enough I suspect they are killing a cow just for my burgers.

I like going to Krystal for breakfast. You can’t really beat their price.
This location is one of their older locations and uses their older store format. I like the newer format better.

If you know what you are expecting then this is a great place to go.
From what I can understand, this is the Southern version of White Castle. I have never been to White Castle, so if you are looking for a comparison, you will have to look elsewhere.
It was early morning when I pulled in to the parking lot here and I really just wanted to experience this mystical «Krystal Burger». I wasn’t even sure if they were serving burgers at this hour of the day! Fortunately, the woman at the counter said she could make me and my husband some burgers up no problem and promptly whipped out a block of frozen-​together-​mini-​meat patties and took to them with a wooden mallet with gusto! She broke them apart and got them on the griddle within a couple minutes of our order.
We sat down and waited for the order to come up and after a few more minutes our burgers were ready. They totally hit the spot! It was better than I expected and the price was very fair.
This Krystal was very clean (and festively decorated for Halloween) and the service was top notch!
