The only reason this is a 1 Star review is because there isn’t an option for Zero Stars.
Horrible customer service. We came in for an ink cartridge for my fiancée’s printer. Found it, figured we’d be out the door in a few minutes. Well, the 1^st open checkout line (the only one open when we first approached) was logged-​jammed because the cashier was shooting the breeze with a customer. A 2^nd register was then opened nearby, but we were not asked to come over to it, another «customer» was escorted up to it by Lindsay, the manager on duty. We figured it would be quicker to move to this 2^nd register, behind the female customer. Turns out she was either a friend or a relative of Lindsay the manager. The manager stood by while another employee rang up this woman’s purchase, and the process itself took some time because there was «something» hokey about this whole transaction. At least that’s my opinion, and we were the ones who suffered because more of our time was wasted waiting to be rung-​up. A third cashier finally opened another check-​out line, of course, we were not asked to come over to that line.
After finally getting up to that 2^nd cashier to be rung-​up, Lindsay went outside to the parking lot with her friend/​relative. Something stinks here, and we intend to file a complaint with Staples.

Didn’t find what I was looking for. It was there (magnifying glass), but not of the quality that I needed, and the ones they did have were too expensive for what they were. Staff was helpful in locating the magnifying glasses.
