This place I’m not trusting my time or hair in! I have went with my sister for many colorings and cuts which went great but seemed time consuming. I came in two minutes before my appointment and the receptionist barked at how early I was so it would be awhile. My hair dresser arrived, 15 minutes late and then kept complaining how she didn’t have lunch. I was there for 5 hours for high lights and barley a trim… she ate in the back while my head was soaked in a glaze to even out her mistake that cost me money!!! $ 65 dollars where it should have been $ 40, they keep telling you that you’ll fry your hair if you don’t do these things. Waste of time.

Loosing professionalism. The front desk girl keeps scheduling appointments for me that they don’t have room for. I’ll get a pm from the stylist telling me to come late & then when I get there the receptionist is quite rude about me being late. Twice this has happened, once I’m there they tell me they can’t fit me in. I’ve been coming here since they opened, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Just awful. I understand that the majority of them are students, but even their teachers are awful. I went in with a faded red highlighted chunk in the front of my short hair. I wanted that red brightened up with a foiled-dye. We picked out a color called Lipstick Red and the student got to work. After 35 minutes it came out as a very dark chocolate red. I was obviously confused as to how that happened since it was not even put on a darker shade of hair and the teacher simply said, «Once it dries it lightens up.» I said, «I have had my hair colored many times and know that this is not the red that I came in for, nor the one that I chose. She said, «trust me» and walked away to deal with one of the other 15 students there. I had also asked for a slight cut, just a lift to my current shape and the teacher completely botched it up!!! I had the picture with me(same one that I have shown other salon artists for about a year) and this woman absolutely and completely screwed it all up! How is this a teaching salon when even the teachers are careless and unprofessional? I walked out annoyed and determined to never return to a teaching salon. Unless you are truly carefree as to how your hair turns out, do NOT go to this one.

Don’t count on this salon giving good customer service. They’re more interested in leaving than in working. Their sign by their front door advertises when they take walk ins, but in reality, they won’t take a customer a hour before the closing time they list, not even for a simple haircut, because they want to clean up and go home. Because today is Valentine’s Day, they decided to close down three and a half hours early without any notice to the public. This I know for a fact since I was here yesterday and they wouldn’t cut my hair because of the aforementioned«policy?» mentioned above. There were no notices anywhere yesterday and today that they were going to close early. Today I arrived at 4:45 pm and they still wouldn’t cut my hair again because all they wanted to do was get out of there, claiming this is a holiday. When I pointed out they have no notices anywhere saying they were going to do that, I was told it was on their website. I have better things to do than waste my gas and time guessing when they might actually decide to be «professional» and be open. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Besides the issues with their hours, they also are willy nilly with their specials. The first time I had my hair cut here, I was told they ran a special for it on Wednesdays. The second time I went on a Wednesday to have my haircut, I was told they had stopped that special. The third time I went, they told me they had brought it back. This time, yesterday, a Wednesday, not only could I not get them to take the time to cut my hair, but they also said they also stopped doing the Wednesday special again. This place needs some responsible management. Here, customers come last.
