I really wanted to like this place. The humans were nice and I got some smiles. I left my car, went shopping and to lunch. They had it about an hour and a half. I specifically asked them to clean the gunk from under the trunk lid and hood. They did not. It really looked they rushed through. Streaky wax job, rims were still filthy, bugs still on bumper, missed cleaning around antenna, interior was just as disappointing. Not even a good wipe down or vacumn. For 50 plus tip, it’s a rip off. Lee’s does a better job for half the price. This is not a detail. This is an expensive wash. Next time I will make the employee take me to my car, before I pay. At least nothing was damaged.

I was really disappointed by this Bailey Cove location. The facility was nowhere near as nice as the University one and the atmosphere and customer service sucked too.
