I had to deal with this man while trying to rent his house in Nashville and he led me on for a month thinking the house was mine. He told me he would send me an email with the cost break down… he never sent it. So when I emailed his asking where it was, he said I HAD DROPPED THE BALL by not calling him back… Call him back for what? He never sent me the email with the total cost!!! Then, he tells me that he rented the house out to a band that «Rents it every year for CMA festival.» When I first spoke to him, he said he was giving me the right to first refusal since I was the first person to email him inquiring about renting the house for CMA fest. What a ENORMOUS LIAR. This guy apparently doesn’t know his elbow from his a**hole” and I wouldn’t recommend any sort of business dealings with him
