Called them to investigate a possible leak in my house as my daughter heard water in the walls. The guy did a cursory walk through and determined there wasn’t a leak since we didn’t have any wet spots. He never fully inspected. One week later we have no water pressure in the house. I call the water company to have them check the outside line and he explains that the meter is spinning rapidly so somewhere in my house water is running. I call Mr. Rooter back to explain the situation and she says if they come back and find a leak we will still be charged. I ask them to come back anyway and I have waited approximately 8.5 hours for a plumber.

I initially had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. At this point I“m considering taking them to small claims. I now have someone coming out for the FOURTH time to repair work done improperly — bathtub faucets that turned the wrong way, dripped from the stems, and now beneath my kitchen sink is soaking wet, following faucet replacement by one of Mr. Rooters techs. Really — all they had to do was INSPECT their work before they left! Fortunately I discovered this leak before leaving for a month during which time serious water damage would have ocurred. I suggest you find someone besides the amateurs at Mr. Rooter if you need work done right, or want it done right the first time.
