Great Yoga in Huntsville. Buy in bulk for best value. Two fantastic yoga teachers. Very accommodating for first timers and various skill levels.
You must try the Align & Wine — Thursday night yoga at the Huntsville Museum of Art followed by wine downstairs in the attached Italian Restaurant. It’s a weekly tradition.

I’ve been doing yoga with Mitzi for 2 years and I’ll never quit her. Now that she and Holley have set up their own space on Starmount Circle, it’s nice to have a HōM instead of having to meet at different places around town. The space is warm and welcoming and both instructors are top-​notch.
I’ve been active my whole life, but nothing makes stress evaporate and makes me feel young again like yoga does. If you’ve never tried it, this is the place to start. Veterans, I’ve seen very few instructors with such an intuitive sense of each student’s needs, and if you’re looking for a new place to practice, I highly suggest you try this one. You won’t regret it.
