We went for lunch, were so excited that we get to eat here since we don’t have one in Florence, AL. We both ordered large subs and got mediums. Then I didn’t get my lettuce and tomatoes. We were highly disappointed in the poor service. I won’t be back.

I got lunch for work from this restaurant, first time I have been to a Firehouse subs. The sub was made fresh, the ingredients were plentiful, there was good flavor, service was friendly and quick. A place that will be good to return to for work lunch.
