I am surprised that there are so few E&E reviews (!) … My experience started a few years ago — and have NEVER been disappointed — they are excellent diagnosticians — and more importantly very fair and reasonable … they keep their word — and yes, if something is not quite right they will fix it … Highly recommended!

How I can be the first to review E&E is beyond me. My husband and I have made this our exclusive mechanic, apart from new-​car warranty service at dealers. Five different cars, foreign and domestic. It’s been close to two decades now. They’ve made a few errors, but they were understandable and always acknowledged.
They don’t pad their bills or try to upsell services. They treat you like they want you to come back, and they’re as fast as they can be (given their backlog). Tire prices for our Mazda3 were better than Costco’s.
They aren’t the cheapest mechanics in town, but you get what you pay for, and they are trustworthy. There have been several times when they went out of their way to save us money.
The cleanliness and attractiveness of the lobby is inversely proportional to the quality of work and speed of service. I wait at the nearby library annex.
Just bring your car in, pay your bill, and rest easy that you got value for your dollar.
