Comfort Inn & Suites

I have booked this hotel for my wedding party and guest! Natalie has been a dream! She has bent over backwards making things less stressful. And whatever i ask she makes it work! I am being very picky right now and she just makes it happen! She has worked well with all my guest and booking everyone!

I will never stay here again! There was a bottle of Bacardi Gold about ¼ full left by coffee pot. Wasn’t the room cleaned?! None of us drink alcohol! Opened up the sofa bed and mattress fell out on floor… the fabric holding it up was completely ripped off the foot bar. No caffeinated coffee in room…4 pgks decaf. When requested some at desk, answer was «oh, we are all out. It’s been ordered, but hasn’t come in yet.» I set coffee pot the night before so all I have to do is turn it on when I get up. Guess what… coffee pot didn’t work either! We parked at the end of building. Room key couldn’t work because the place to insert it was covered up… broken. Went to breakfast this morning… Bold coffee was tepid. Few minutes later, we saw pot was gone. It took a good 10 – 15 minutes to get it back out in place. The one positive I have to share is that the staff tried their best to take care of our situation. Asked for manager, but no one seemed to know where he/​she was. I really felt sorry for the staff. Later they brought lots of blankets, pillows, etc for us to make pallets. But this particular hotel will never see my face again. If fact, I will be very reticent about staying at another one. Great service – staff is very friendly and very helpful! Rooms are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel over others in the area!
