My student at SHSU called me to let me know his truck was smoking and it looked like a pretty good oil leak. I went online to try and find something close to campus and found Chad’s on Unilocal.Taking the reviews on faith I had him take it down to Chad’s. They called me, went over what was wrong and did not charge an arm and a leg and had it back to my son the next afternoon. I was very pleased. They will get my son’s business as long as he is in Hutsville. Really good guy and very good, quick turnaround.

My friend got a flat tire on the highway and we didn’t realize it until we got on campus. Chad’s automotive was close to campus so we ended up having to stop there and ask if they could do anything. The tire was completely blown out but he tried to put air anyway. He let us leave it there and go pick up a new tire. He waited for us and even put the tire on the car. Extremely helpful guy cause he didn’t have to help us like he did. Whenever I get my car maintenance done I know where I will be going. Chad was the nicest mechanic I have ever met and a real life savor. Went above and beyond just pointing us in the direction of the nearest tire place.

My car broke down right while driving back home to Dallas by the Sam Houston statue on 45. I had to take the next exit not knowing what to do form there. I stopped at the gas station right off the road and checked the car to find radiator fluid all over. Got on Unilocal and searched for mechanic in Huntsville and thanks to the other 3 prior reviews I made a great decision to call Chad’s Automotive for help. Chad is the most kind and amazing mechanic in all Huntsville Texas hands down. This guy not only helped us to get a tow truck and waited for us past closing time to take in my car, he also took us to a hotel, waited to see if they had rooms available and made sure I was near restaurants so we could have dinner that night. The next morning he called to check on us and went over the car problem with me. I had a busted radiator… ;(… but not to fear as Chad had it all under control. He took care of it with amazing service and got us on the road by 3 pm that day. He picked us up at the hotel and we went on home. I wish him the best and hope God will bless him with many years and many customers. I would bring my cars to him to fix if I could but I am 3 hours away. So all of you guys closer to him don’t miss the opportunity for honest & great service and go and see Chad… He is the best!
By the way… that night we went to Mama’s Juanita for dinner and loved it. Great green salsa and tacos al carbon… Yummy!

I can’t say enough good things about this service. I have had 3 different cars at 3 different times that I took to Chad and not only did he repair correctly and timely, he did it for a reasonable price. He is honest and I feel I can always trust him to do the right thing. Will always take vehicles to his shop!

Recommended by a local collision repair center. Chad serviced my Honda for its 110,000 maintenance. Very professional.
