Brittianna was flexible enough when it came to my budget. I let her know what my budget was and she gave me the option of reducing the time she would spend doing our makeup. We were four women. Brittianna said that instead of her spending an hour on my makeup, it will be 40 minutes, and instead of spending 30 minutes on everyone else’s makeup, it would be 15 minutes. I was fine with that. Brittianna also had to do my hair for $ 55. I was okay with that as well. The day of the wedding, Brittianna gets to my house almost an hour late. I was nervous, but I was not mad at her. Brittianna had told me she was late because she was coming from another wedding in another state and got lost driving her way to my house. I understood that. When she gets to my house, she does my mom’s, sister’s and sister in law’s makeup. When it is time to do my hair, I was not too satisfied with the first outcome, so she had to adjust it a little, which was good and I was happy with it the second time. Then, she starts doing my makeup, and this is what disappointed me the most. Brittianna had made my makeup as a trial the first day I met her, and I loved it. I really thought that was how it would turn out the day of my wedding, or at least similar to that. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Brittianna spent about 20 minutes(instead of 40 minutes) on my makeup because it was getting late for my ceremony. Even though I was unhappy because I was not getting the same makeup as I did on my trial with her, I appreciated that she tried to speed it up so I could make it on time to the ceremony, but I found a little unfair that she charged me the price that would have covered 40 minutes on my makeup, even though this was not the case. Despite all of this, I have to say that if Brittianna would have gotten home on time, everything would have turned out great and I would not have been unhappy at all. This being said, I would recommend her to a friend when it comes to her work.
