I went in to look for a couple different things (which they didn’t have), but as I’m standing in an aisle browsing I hear an elderly woman talking to an associate about electrical circuit breakers, she mentioned to the associate that her husband was an electrical engineer, and I overhear another customer and a separate associate at the key counter talking about the woman and why her husband would send a woman to pick up the breaker instead of him, they proceed to make comments about her and the associate made the comment «We have been getting stupid customers all day long». Then they went on to talk of other customers of the day that weren’t as educated at these «geniouses».

Went here to rent a carpet shampoo machine. Male worker gave a very impatient quick demo, and cashier had difficulty answering questions. Upon return-«you didn’t do 1,2,&3 but when I returned the machine and repeated asked for help… no answers!!! What a scam. Lost my $ 10.00 deposit. I should have gone to Home depot where I can count on them being reputable! Live and learn.

A nice clean hardware store. We are not from this area, but had to run in to get some items for some family members that live in the area. Staff was very courteous and helpful! The store was nice and clean!
