Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not rent here. Rented a compact car and they didn’t have it due to a check engine light, so they upgraded me for free to a minivan. Ok fine, no big deal, I only needed the car for one day. Asked if I wanted the insurance and I denied it, stating that I’m fully covered. He asked what my deductible was and I stated I had no idea.
We inspected the vehicle body and no damage was apparent.
Upon returning the van, there was suddenly a crack on the windshield that now I am liable for. The employee knows very well that he only inspected the body of the vehicle and never looked at the glass. He also knows he saw a young girl and could take full advantage of the situation. After all, I did deny their extra insurance coverage twice.
Really doesn’t surprise me that this happened, lesson learned on my part to fully inspect the vehicle before leaving. But these guys should feel pretty low for taking advantage of their customers.

I Rented a car for two days due to my car needing repair, and returned my car to this location, where the rep. Tells me there are tiny dents on the vehicle. He is using a very critical eye on the car the the person at a different location did not use when filling out the rental. Really kind of a prick. I look at the car and I cant see them. Yet this guy is writing some sort of claim in the vehicle. This branch is disappointing. Avoid it.

Zero stars. Small and dingy office. The manager (Andrew) is very rude. I often use rental cars for work and always regret walking into this location. If you are looking for great customer service, this is NOT the place for you. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
