My top 3 goals upon starting my program were to be more consistent and dedicated in my choices around my diet and lifestyle, reduce my cravings for coffee and sugar and, be more fit and feel better in my body. Coach Jane was able to help me work towards these goals by providing guidance, support and accountability to follow through on my action steps to accomplish my goals. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I do no0t have food cravings and have more fun and flexible attitudes and practices in my life. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been that I am more aligned with my short and long term goals which allows me to feel more balanced, stronger and, confident in my daily life.
