My heat went out, this company claimed they would be out in the morning. They didn’t show until late in the afternoon. Then proceeded to tell me they had to go all the way to Fort Wayne for a part. They didn’t come back until 4 in the afternoon. Once they put on the part, the heat worked for 2 minutes then quit again. I then had to call AGAIN and waited another hour for a so called tech to come out. Once he got there he fiddled around and acted like he knew what he was doing. He never fixed the heat. He gave me a run around and then charged 250.00 for a job NOT done. I still have no heat and they haven’t even called me back like they said they would. This company is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to use them. I now have to call a better company to get the job done right. And the second company checked my propane tank right away and found out it was empty. So Huntington heating completely ripped me off and didn’t even check the most obvious thing.
