Huntington Cleaners

If you want to be treated like crap, come here!!! The only attendant who works there (or seems to be the only person there) is the rudest, unfriendly and annoying person you will ever meet.
I used to come here when I first came to Huntington. I decided to give it a try again after my fiasco with Jim Dandy Cleaners (see review). Even though the quality of the cleaning is good, the attendant there is just awful.
My first time back, this was how the conversation transpired: (Att — short for attendant)
Me: I walk in and say: «Good Morning!»
Att: Silence, she walks over from whatever she was doing, annoying that I interrupted her work and says: «telephone number?»
Me: 516-​…
Att: Silence… takes the clothes and start counting them. very awkward.
Me: Just stand there…
Att: After what it seems an eternity, she says: «Wednesday?»
Me: «Can it be Tuesday?»
Att: rolls her eyes and says: «Fineeeee…»
Me: «Thanks!» take my ticket and leave.
The same awkward silence when I picked up my clothes. Then, I came a second time and it was even worst. I had it. I grab my clothes back and left. There is no reason for this awful service.
The thing about this behavior is that we literally have two to three cleaners per square foot… ok. I am exaggerating… But we have more cleaners in town than ice cream parlors. Some are starting to even do pick up and drop off service to grab more market. Better be careful!!!
