Was really bothered by the customer service. I guess I came here after they closed already but I asked the guy in the shop if there was a mechanic in today? And his response was, «the doors are down, right?» Never coming back here again with an attitude like that. If I can give zero stars I would.

I’m always a little skeptical about auto repair shops — I feel like as a woman, I often get sold more than my car needs. When I went to Hendershot though, I was impressed with the service. I went in for an oil change and asked to have my brakes looked at. The owner explained things clearly to me and gave me a really fair price (I had been to another place first who wanted to charge me WAY more). I have recommended this guy to my neighbors who also now go there exclusively to get their two cars repaired.
