Summary: I require tasty ice cream to survive and Cold Stone delivers.
Food: Their delectable treats are… delectable.
Drink: NA
Service: Generally a student run situation where being overworked and underpaid I’d the name of the game. They know how to mix their goods and that’s allllll that’s required.
Atmosphere: Small place. Can be crazy busy depending on when you go. They have three or so tables but only the least claustrophobic of us would be remotely comfortable.

I took a co-​worker here for her very first cold stone experience and she was very pleased! There was a line out the door, but it moved quickly thanks to the awesome staff working inside. This Cold Stone sits right in Pullman Square and is in a great location I think. You can hit a movie, get your ice cream, and do some shopping. I had the Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some and highly enjoyed it. I finished it before I made it to the hotel I was staying at right next to the square. They have some great waffle cones for your ice cream. Personally, I think it’s not ice cream without the waffle cone. Awesome awesome desserts!

Stopped in here for dessert on a Saturday night and the place was hopping! But two things…
1. It was super busy, and I bet they could’ve made bank off tips. I would’ve loved to have pitched in, but I couldn’t find the supposed place to leave tips (in a place like that I prefer to give cash tips so there’s no delay for the staff in taking home a little extra money). I wasn’t able to ask because they were swamped.
2. The waffle bowls have changed, or were at least different here. They weren’t as crispy as before and I thought the texture was pretty icky.
But you know what? The cheesecake ice cream with chocolate chips and strawberries mixed in was sooooooooooo good!
