I recently purchased a new phone, the iphone 6, and was helped by Jake. I cant say enough about him. I’m unfortunately very bad at understanding electronics. Jake was unbelievably patient with me. He explained everything to me several times. I was very anxious and his calm attitude was amazing and helped me so much. He never once appeared annoyed with me for asking questions and welcomed me to stay at his desk for as long as i wanted. I could have never dealt with me if i had to trade places with him despite being social worker bi highly recommend him if you are looking to speak to someone at verizon in huntington. This was the best experience ever! Thanks so much Jake!

We had a great experience at this Verizon store. Jake walked us through all the different types of phones and helped get us on a family plan to save some money! All this while my 3 year old son and nephew were running around like mad men. He had a lot of patience and was a true professional.
