I’m not a big poster on Unilocal,though I do use their reviews a lot. In this case I’m glad I didn’t because Dr. Duboys, his staff and receptionists were all awesome. I have gone to a few other places and went here on a referral with a groupon. I was nervous that with a discount they might not be as welcoming but nothing could have been further from the truth. The were punctual, friendly, and the doctor himself administered the botox. He took his time to discuss it with me and didn’t try to get me to spend more or buy more as so many other do. I will definitely make this my go-​to place from now on.

I purchased the Groupon deal that was offered on Living Social — I can only comment on my experience with that. I’ll just say that I purchased Three areas of treatment on July 17. I’m still waiting for an effect on September 2. When I called to explain my concern — the receptionist responded by telling me they could not do anything about it. She said I should have given it two weeks — instead I gave it six weeks. I understand that Botox is supposed to take a few weeks to work — and it should last three to four months. This is a little bit over a months time and there’s no visible change at all in any of the three areas that were treated. I know what to expect with Botox treatment s — I’ve had them before and I have never had an experience like this one. So although it appeared to be a good «deal» beware because I still payed a few hundred dollars and did not get anywhere near the typical results that I have had in the past from other Doctors. The receptionist was not interested in dealing with me and she did not offer any recourse other than returning for more treatments. That will not be happening. I will go back to the Doctor that I have seen in the past and if the cost is a little bit extra it’s still ok because I can be sure that I will have the results that I have had in the past. So be careful about this deal because it’s not a small amount of money even with the groupon.
