This place is infested with bed bugs! Manager refused to acknowledge complaint to avoid giving a refund even with proof. do not stay here!

Motel definitely shows it’s age, but room was clean. Door stuck and wouldn’t open initially because it was apparently freshly painted. Then we discovered there was only one wash cloth and one hand towel for the two of us. Desk attendant said they were out of more wash cloths and hand towels, but he did, grudgingly, give me several bath towels. Morning desk attendant at check-​out was much more pleasant. On the other hand, cheapest non-​smoking room available had a whirlpool tub which we would not have ordered, but my wife thoroughly enjoyed after a day of travel.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The absolute worst. A rat trap under the stairwell should have been a clue. If my company ever puts me in a place like this again, I quit.

The Inn is old and things are in need of repair. but it’s a 1 star inn what do you expect. Do your research first. I knew this going in before i spent 4 night here. I will give it 2 stars because they where kind to me and allowed me to switch from a smoking room into a non smoking room for free. It makes a big difference in air quality. The bed covers had some cigarette burns in them. The certains need to be changed. The gym machines (they only have 3 and only 1 works). For $ 395 you can get a week stay. You can ruff it here on a budget it is do able. No rats not pests. You have a small fridge, microwave, tv with hbo and a safe for valuable things. King kullan supermarket is right across the street and open till 12 midnight everyday. You can buy and eat on the cheap and save your money if you can manage minor discomforts. Every other inn or hotel is going to be 20 to 30 dallors more a day last minute reserving which I did.

This has been by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We reserved this place through a different site, and wasn’t allowed to cancel the reservation.
We requested a cot, but it was covered in black mold. No thanks.
If you need to charge your mobile device, you COULD unplug the air freshener. DO NOT UNPLUG THE AIR FRESHENER.
The bathroom is disgusting as well.

STOP! Turn AROUND & RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I usually frequent this hotel, and honestly, I’ve never been satisfied. The most recent time that I came here, which is now, I’m writing this review as I’m laying in bed here at «The Rodeway Inn» aka the «Huntington Country Inn». Where to begin?
Okay well for #1. The rooms are appear to be okay, but there’s always something wrong, for instance, I took a shower and there was NO wash cloths or any towels for the floor, just (2) towels, that was it. I call the front desk to get some wash cloths and more towels, and then I’m told they’ll be brought to me around 5pm. 5pm comes and then leaves, still no towels. I wait until 7pm, call the front desk and I’m answered by an extremely rude Indian male who tells me there’s no towels, no wash cloths, and there’s nothing he can do to help me out. Onto the next issue…
#2. The bedroom heater hardly heats up a goddamn thing, blows out lukewarm air… Yeah that’s definitely comfortable in this 32 degree weather, yeah right.
#3. The bathtub was not cleaned prior to my arrival, so I basically bathed in someone else’s filth which is still on my body on account that I cannot get anymore towels or wash cloths to shower…
#4. None of the vending machines work whatsoever, so you have to go to either king kullen, or rite aide before they close, that is if you have no car, which I don’t. So after those stores close, your assed out.
#5. 9 times out of 10 there’s creepy people lurking around the hotel’s outside, basically seems as if they house people on public assistance/​homeless people.
TO SUM IT UP, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. The Walt Whitman Motor Inn is WAYYYY more worth it. ANY OTHER HOTEL IN HUNTINGTON ON JERICHO TURNPIKE IS WORTH It. Don’t come here unless your desperate and like dealing with rude, Indian people who can barely speak English. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.. Stay Far, Far, Away!!!
