I literally dread coming to my orthopedics office. Every time I come in the front desk literally ignores me, even if I say hello. They could be doing nothing and still not give me a hello, how are you, or a please give me a minute since I am busy. Normally, I wouldn’t complain but it’s every single time and I would NEVER treat any of my clients in this manner. They also screwed up my last appointment. They told me to come in on a Friday for an x-​ray, since I work Fridays I had to find coverage for work. When I arrived 15 minutes early the front desk never took the time to check what I was having done and realize I was clearly scheduled wrong but this wasn’t the case. I waited for another half hour before I was seen and when I finally was I was told oh we don’t have an X-​ray technician here today. If proper booking had been done none of this would have happened, and if the front desk checked what I was actually scheduled for none of this would of happened. Of course no one had an explanation for me or an apology… they even tried to bill me for the x-​rays that were never done as well as bill me for follow up appointments I never had. When I addressed these issues with the front desk they gave me an attitude and told me to take it up with billing, even though they were the ones who made the mistake. So here I am, waiting to be seen for my last follow up and the computers here are down, extending this already horrible experience. The only reason I return is bc the doctor here is amazing. But if I had the chance to choose someone new I would. Stay away from Orthopedic Solutions on oakwood road in Huntington, unless you wanted to be treated like dirt.
