Retailing is a tough business these days. Margins are paper-​thin and it’s hard to compete with the ever-​expanding «SUPERSTORES «. That makes it all the more important for retailers to value their customers and jump through flaming hoops to keep them happy.
With the internet as the consumers guide, it makes it even more difficult for Large chains or the mom and pops stores to to accomplish there goals.
However, there are exceptions to the rules.

I was in the area trying to kill time. I walked into this Bed Bath and Beyond and was pleasantly surprised. They offer customers complimentary coffee or tea. There are 4 self-​serve Keurig machines and a variety of coffee and tea flavors (K cups). There were also two product demonstrations when I was there. This store is a nice size and had a very good selection. It reminded me how much I love and miss Bed Bath Beyond (I’ve purchased and accumulated so much stuff that I had no reason to go back). In general, I find that BBB has a large selection of travel size toiletries, and beauty and personal care products. The prices are even better than the drug stores. The only negative thing I can say about the store is that the women’s bathroom could be cleaner.

I never leave reviews but I had to after my experience at your store over the weekend. I’m from DC and was in the area visiting family for an engagement party. My mom, future mother-​in-​law and fiancé went into the store to register. After wandering around like a chicken with my head cut off for about 30 minutes, we were rescued by Tiffany and registering turned from anxiety ridden experience to an amazing one! She was soooo much help! She knew all her merchandise, what people need to start a home together and had great taste. I can’t say thank you enough Tiffany!!! :)

I typically don’t spend my time reviewing places other than restaurants, especially corporate retail but I just had an exceptional experience at this location and I felt like complimenting! Came in on a Thursday morning had a few returns and was simply browsing. Was greeted by a man who looked like a manager which a huge smile on his face. He asked me if I wanted a basket for my things and I responded yes please! I told him I would grab one myself but he insisted on going outside to get me one. Minutes later he came back over to check to see if I needed help finding anything. Most people who work in retail are always moody but it was refreshing to see happy employees. I returned two water bottles at the customer service desk without the receipt and they made the adjustment without giving me a problem for not having the receipt. The women at the customer service desk were just as friendly as the manager assisting me earlier. Just an overall pleasant experience at this Bed Bath and Beyond so I thought I’d share!

I always find something new here. I especially like the bedding department, everything is reasonably priced, there are always new styles, & the staff helps when you can’t bring everything out to your car.

Go when it’s not crowded! They open at 9am. Great store hours — open early and close late — so take advantage. And don’t forget your 20% off coupon. DO NOT even tell me you don’t have one! Everybody has one. Several even. Get a circular before going in.
I went to pick up some K-​Cups for the brewer my MIL got me. (I love this Brewer! Sorry to read Raul’s previous review having a bad experience with his. I honestly think he got a lemon or they seriously improved it since because mine is great — doesn’t shake or make noise or make watery coffee unless you use too much water) But back to my review of BBB.
So while browsing through the K-​cups I didn’t see the particular kind of I was looking for (Celestial Seasonings Iced Sweet Berry Lime Green Tea and NO I’m not joking — try it). Helpful store employee asks if he can help me find what I’m looking for. I honestly don’t expect to find this here, being this is probably not the most popular K-​Cup out there [understatement] and I even tell him that, but he gets on his walky-​talky thing and checks — made me feel pretty important — even went back to the stockroom or somewhere to check. OK they didn’t have that one, but they had plenty of other kinds so I picked up some Sweet Lemon Iced tea, a huge Keurig variety box of 60 for 29.99 (this was the highest priced item that the 20% off discount applied to so it came to 23.99) and Donut House decaf which I’d had before and is pretty decent.
It’s very convenient that there is a Harmon drug store right in here. I didn’t have to wait on line and they guy at the checkout could not have been any nicer.
Now for the nostalgia (how OLD I am) I remember when BBB first came to Huntington Station, on the corner of West Hills Road and Jericho, it was not even Beyond then, just Bed & Bath. One of the few things that has improved and gotten better over the years. Keep doing what you’re doing BBB and I’ll keep saving these coupons.

This is an update to my recent review of BBB…
I mentioned in the review that I bought a Keurig coffee maker. For $ 119 I do expect perfect and excellent coffee. All I have to say is… YUK!
It was too watery and the machine made a horrible sound while brewing. The whole kitchen counter shaked. I thought it might have been me but I did 3 separate coffees in different flavors, sizes and style and they all came tasting too watery. Coffee from a vending machine or a gas station tastes better compared to the Keurig one.
So I went back to the store the next day to return it along with all the other coffees and filters I bought. The Customer Service Counter clerk and manager were friendly and took care of my return right away and I was able to exhange it for other products I needed and the difference in price was refunded to my card with no problems.
That is what good service is about… I will be coming back here soon… 4-​stars still the same due to aisle overcrowding and ‘as-​seen-​on-​tv’ cheap product sales.
