Absolutely, terrible experience. Lets start with the office staff. When they’re not being rude, they’re being incompetent. When they’re not being incompetent, they’re being rude. Now, the joy of meeting Dr. Baltus and discussing what is ailing you. The wait time is obscene. I had a 9:15 appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early so I could check in and update my information, if necessary. I get called in and put into a room around 9:25. Not a bad start — but it goes down hill very quickly. First, the PA. Do they pay these people? No interest, no eye contact, no questions. Um, excuse me, aren’t you supposed to take my BP. No? I guess you’ll just bill me for it instead. The PA leaves, 15 minutes after that Dr. Baltus makes an appearance. Asks me why I’m there. Then looks at me and says«I thought you were an emergency patient.» I tell her I’m sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago. She looks at me and says«okay, I need to figure this out. I’ll be back.» 15 minutes later she still doesn’t come back. I ask a nurse who has no idea who I am or why I’m there. I wait another 10 minutes. Nothing. I finally decide to leave. I go to the front to get my copay refunded. Nobody wants to help me. I finally get loud and the office manager runs out to try and smooth things over. She tells me Dr. Baltus can«squeeze me in right now.» You’re kidding me right? She wants to «squeeze me in?» I had a scheduled appointment to meet with her 50 minutes ago. I will never go to this office again. Dr. Baltus has no respect for her patients or their time. Don’t go to this office, find a GP that values their patients. This office is a disaster.
