This place is GREAT! Over 70+ different tortas to choose from, perfect for those who get bored of the same type of torta. I personally LOVE the Hawaiian one. It has what looks like cooked ham, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, pineapple, and lot’s of cheese! I may be missing some ingredients but regardless, it’s delicious! My coworkers have tried their cubana, the milanesa one, club torta, just to name a few and they all loved them. FYI– it does get packed during lunch time so be prepared to wait… but definitely a place worth checking out.

I live in downtown Los Angeles so I am spoiled when it comes to great food. This place’s tortas blow anything downtown has to offer out of the water! they have 75+ different tortas but trust me when I say their Argentina and their Roma ones are to die for. I think what truly makes these tortas the best are the fresh soft, moist bread that is layered with a thin film of beans so it accents the rest of the ingredients instead of overpowering. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Service is always extremely friendly. Check this place out, just not when I’m there, I don’t like crowds.

This place was recommended. For being a sandwich guy, it exceeded my expectations. I had the #56 ‘El Macho’ torta. The torta was carefully crafted by the hands of a chef. The flavors of each ingredient meshed well together.

You can’t go wrong with YaYas for an easy low cost meal. Although their hamburgers haven’t changed much since 1987 when I first moved to Huntington Park, their menu has. They are now known for their Tortas, which I have to say and really really tasty. Again, their hamburgers distinct thousand island doesn’t beat most in the district but it will still have you coming back just for that simple difference. The Service is always very very polite.

Zucchini fries are the best. Yum! Took me sometime to figure out what I wanted, but the girl up front help me understand what had what. The only thing I would want is a little remodeling. open the place up. I took it to go, only because small places get me anxious lol.

This was my first time coming here. I tried the carne Asada torta and it is tasty. The restaurant is clean and the cashier is attentive. For the price, I wish the sandwich came with fries. It was $ 8 for a sandwich and soda.

Who doesn’t like tortas? Wait… that didn’t sound right. Anyways, this place has over 70 different types of tortas. And yes, I’m making it my goal to try every single one of those puppies. Friendly staff and if tortas aren’t your thing, they also have many other things.

Tried the mole torta and the mole was good but wasn’t pleased with the torta. Wife tied the milanese torta but it wasn’t that flavorful.

Definitely a hidden jewel in Huntington Park. They have a variety of tortas to choose from. I’ve had the Azteca and the Cubana, my Husband had the Hawaiian. They are all very delicious, fresh, and the portions are just right. Customer service is good and friendly. The place is a little small but that’s the least of my worries. Soooo worth it… go try it!

One of my favorite restaurants! For Breakfast, I always get the chilaquiles with steak. I grew up eating chilaquiles, and no offense to my parents but I never liked them, but these are delicious! They’re crunchy and spicy and so tasty. Go ahead and ask for them to cook the steak lightly though. For lunch, it’s Tortas! And they have over a hundred to choose from! I’ve probably had only about 20 of them, still working through the list. Bread is good and toasty, all the ingredients are balanced out and delicious. Great drink selection too. I come here when ever I’m visiting with my parents. Bring cash or you’ll get charged $ 0.60. Owner is fast and efficient.

Food is overall good. I ordered to go and they got my order wrong a young lady did not try to help and instead I had to pay double for an order I did not want. Don’t know of I will come back!

Heard a lot of good stories about this place. don’t be fooled. This food is garbage. My torta ahogada with carne asada and ham with extra cheese was only half carne asada. The ham was there all the way but the carne was skimped out. Tacos de papa was bland and to top it off no queso on top as ordered. The cabbage was old and dry like it was cut up 3 days ago. It was turning brown and just terrible. Overrated won’t return

Brought my sisters who are here from Mexico City. One of them has traveled all over Mexico. Her words to the owner,“I’ve been everywhere in Mexico, have tasted different Tortas and you are just as authentic and as flavorful as all those places.” To those that are not from Mexico City and have written bad reviews, please stick to what you know, hamburgers, hot dogs and Mexican(Tex-Mex food). My sister calls them«Gringadas».

As always as good it can get!!. As Mexican tortas come down. this is it! Not only very tasty and well seasoned, but if you request any other change to the torta as little more hot pepper or not. they always follow up. no problems. also the restaurant is very clean and well stocked. Staff has been very courteous, friendly, attentive to any request and calm environment. Menu is very versatile and grand. You can also find some American food menu. Do not miss coming here… you’ll love it! B-)
