Do not waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing. Had a very expensive tie returned ruined. The manager didn’t even bother replacing it, and gave me some bullshit story about how some fabrics are different, but yet didn’t fix my tie or bother replacing it. I was a regular customer until then.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I was kindly greeted by the man that runs the place, both when I dropped off and when I picked up my order. I don’t often use their services but have not encountered any problems and the quality is good. The man did let me know it would take 2 days for my clothes to be ready but that if I needed it next day to let him know. I parked in the large parking lot adjacent to their location. No problems, a happy customer here — thank you!
I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, and I had to come home and take off all the staples from my tags.

Complete crap! The operator (idk of owner) is a complete douche. Very unprofessional and doesn’t respect the customers. The cleaning itself is ok. I have my personal cleaner but my mother said to check this place out. Never again!
