Horrible return policy! I totally wasted my time and energy with this unprofessional business! I was referred to them because of their Low prices! That was INCORRECT THEY WERE SELLING A BLOWDRYER FOR 59.99. I found it somewhere else for 39.99!!! I tried to return the unopened box N she said she wAs going to charge me 12% restocking fee! Wtf. Screw this place.

Always out of stock on their ad specials. Call before you drive. Don’t have prices on items on shelves. If you question why they never have the items as advertised ALTHOUGH you are there 1st thing in the morning when the store opens they will say «oh someone just came in and bought all the items». heard that excuse over and over WONT BE BACK!

A woman representative came to our shop in Huntington Beach. We receive the flyer listed bargains definitely brought me here. I had other errands so I stopped by… I am glad I did. It is large warehouse and you can walk through each isle best if you look at flyer and know what you seek.
Prices great buys cheaper than Antonio’s Long Beach and better customer service.
Definitely our new barber supplies store.

I love hair products and being introduced to new products. This store carries high end brands at very low prices. The store is clean, organized and the staff is nice and friendly. Ask for Peter when you come in he is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and is not hesitant to answer any questions. He has introduced me to new hair products that I can’t now live without.

Horrible customer service! Good products, great prices. Nidia is always rude and has awful attitude. I knocked out two stars because of that. The guy is always friendly and helpful. I hate writing bad reviews being a business owner myself, but in this case it was a must!
