This is the worst place ever! The girls at reception JESSICA & BECKY don’t know anything about customer service. It is truly a shame that most hispanic people that come here don’t know how to do a review. This place isn’t presentable, helpful or whatsoever. I made a Unilocal account just so I can do a review on this place. They are not sensitive to people’s feelings and they make you waste your time. The reception girls are suppose to be corteous and very friendly and these girls don’t care who sits in their waiting room hearing about how they trash talk about other co-​workers. I lower my head in shame, because I am a dental graduate and as I took one of my elder family members here I noticed how girls like these are capable of pushing patients away from their practice, I will be gladly taking my family members else where. JESSICA was very rude on the phone too when I called before going in. She had no motivation in assisting me in my questions and clicked right away. Before heading out I asked for a parking validation stamp and she said they didn’t do that, even after my mother went the day before and she got one. Do not go here!

It’s sad that the patients that come here are mostly low income immigrants that don’t have any idea of what a review is: this place is nasty! Dirty! And the personnel is plain rude– including the actual Dentists! My 1^st visit on Sat (thanks to my HMO I am stuck at this place for now) I waited over an hour with an appt. the place is very unorganized and it reeks. I was finally called in & the homie (X-​ray tech) was bashing the lady supervising him– talking mess about his first day on the job to me! Finally I am taken to the backs as I am waiting I can hear 2 ppl speaking in Farsi and laughing finally a Dental Assistant told the Dentist «Doctor she’s in pain» (meaning me!) he comes over and immediately says there’s nothing he can do I need meds and whatnot. Good! Give me my meds so I can be GONE! I ask for a works note– they only gave it to me for 2 days knowing that I had major infection– no way it would clear up in 2 days– then they tell me to come back to get a new note– really?! I am sick, frustrated and going through hell with this pain, and all you want is to keep having me come back– very inconsiderate. Now as I wait here– I can’t even begin to explain the hate I have for this place!!! Please don’t come here! Oh and parking is only for 2 hours if you go over 2 hours you run the risk of getting your car towed. Thanks for the reminder and I am being taken care of by the Dentist.
