Worst worst worst customer service ever. They gave me the wrong color for my wedding dress nothing to what the designed looked like that they described. They also have it to me late worst i say worst service ever on top of that so expensive

Worst place in history: although the lady that greets you will be super kind and friendly… don’t buy it, her work is nothing like her inviting personality and she will change once you put in a down payment. Everything is done so cheap! The materials used for dresses are nothing compared the the dresses and materials that they model and show you as examples of dresses that they swear they can make! My friend came here for her wedding and was disappointed but it was too late she had already left a down payment. I purchased my dress as part of the package deal and it costs about $ 200 and was poorly made, the top was all uneven and she had to remake my dress 3 times! ill post a picture soon

If there was 0 stars I would give it a 0. Please beware of these ppl they are the worst. Everything is overpriced, the work is terrible, and the customer service is horrific I wished I would have read the reviews beforehand. I don’t even know where to start I unfortunately did business here with her for both my wedding dress and decoration for my venue. Let’s start with the venue the linens were horrific not ironed stains all over the place and some were shorter than the rest of the linens. When I confronted her about it she stated there is nothing I can do about it that’s how they are. My mom was thinking about buying a dress here but never gave the lady the money since she had told her she would think about it well she the lady ended up playing my sister she told my sister «your mom really liked this dress, what do you think and so on» my sister wanted to do something nice and ended up giving the lady a deposit for the dress when my mom went back to tell her that she shouldn’t have taken the money because she had told she wasn’t sure she said well I can’t give it back to you so my mom told her put the money towards the decoration of my daughter and she said she couldn’t do that and practically force my mom to buy a dress her, my mom of course was pissed but did not buy the dress. My dress she kept telling me and the bridesmaids that we had gained weight to cover the fact that she had not made the dresses with the correct measurements she resized me and the sizes were the exact same ones she had taken 7 months ago. She is a fraud and straight out robber please do not do business with her or you will regret it.

We came in just looking for dresses, we told the lady we were just looking, didn’t need help because we didn’t intend to walk out with a dress, but she insisted on helping us. After 5 – 10 min of her trying to sell us an overprice dress my mom told her that we would continue to look (my mom is a seamstress for years now and has done dresses in the past so she is very knowledgeable on this stuff) she straight out said my mom was being negative and straight out walked away from us to the next costumer walking in. Costumer service was just horrible and now looking at the previous reviews I’m glad we walked away.

Worst place to buy a dress. We purchased a XV dress super expensive, the dress was nothing like the magazine we choose. It was super ugly. She charged us an extra 300 to to redue the skirt and it came out worst. I will never puchase from this store ever again…

Don’t recommend anyone to come and shop here if you’re trying to waste your money go ahead and shop they took the correct sizes to my daughters hat that I paid so it could be done and when I get there it’s not the correct size. they were trying to charge me more to make it bigger when are I already have paid $ 25 and they took the sizes to her head and then they wanted me to pay 10 dollars extra to make it bigger.

Just want to let it be known. For future quinceñera and chambelanes… first off $ 95bucks NOT WORTH. this lady is a rip off be carefull what you order make sure when you pick up you check the tux rental therally!. I rented one this past weekend and oh my the embarrassment I went through. by the time my son arrived to the church, shoes were detaching from the bottom sole looks like they glued them with gorrila buggers or something. then buttons began to fall off the tux jacket. to top it off 4 other chambelanes had to get shoes replaced because shoes were all falling apart and their tux were too. I would Not RECOMMEND to shop at this place!!! She’s not honest or loyal to her customers the ugly lady didn’t even apologize that’s how bad her services are. DONT SHOP HERE !!

I hate doing this, but I can’t let this happen to anyone else. The main lady «Patty» is such a crook! I’m not telling you NOT to buy… BUT BE VERY CAREFUL! First, if you go in there and she asks you, «are you having bridesmaids» SAY NO! Cause if you do, she will make you buy the dress there for the bridesmaids– if you dont, she will hike up the price!!! IN YOUR FACE! Second, her writing is TERRIBLE. If you agree to buy a «bridal package» or «15 package» DO YOUR OWN LIST, AND MAKE HER SIGN IT!!! Cause when you go back and pick up your items, she will be like.“SORRY, YOU DIDNT BUY THAT” When she bluntly told you it was included!!! Her prices are BEYOND CRAZY! I bought a dress for my Goddaughter and she sold it for 1490, plus 245 TAX??? Wait, I thought TAX was only 9.75%?? YES!!! She will charge you for breathing in her store. BE CAREFUL! Try to have CASH at all times. Make sure she shows you what she will give you and take pictures. My package included a «crown» which I paid 60 bucks for it, when in reality it was worth not more than 10 bucks! She did my party a shanky move. She messed up ALL my «dama» dressed for the 15. She charged each «dama» 135 dollars for the dresses!!! Which were poorly made… The parents of the damas where so upset at me for choosing that dress. I CHOSE ANOTHER DRESS, AND SHE GAVE ME A SIMILAR ONE!!! When I asked her about it, she said the one I wanted costed more, and it was not «included» THAT LADY DID ME WRONG. Which sucks because I paid her to the last penny, and she gave me POOR PRODUCTS, OVERLY PRICED ITEMS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES, AND DECEIT. She has cool stuff, just be careful…

The best place to go in Huntington Park for custom made pieces. Many bridal shops on Pacific Ave simply sell nice dresses, but Patty and her team of seamstress at Channel’s knows how to give you the dress you envision in your dream. I have all of my dresses made here for my wedding, bridesmaids and my bridal gown, and they all came out beautiful. The only thing that stops it from getting five stars is some of the bridesmaids dresses needed more time for alterations because a few had to pinned on the day of the wedding because they were a little big. Yet, you can see from the pictures that they turned out great! Things can get a bit pricey also so know what you want going in so you will not kill your budget… Ask for Patty to really get down to business.
