Was going to buy a frozen yogurt except lady with brown curly ponytail was rude and not friendly so walked out…

Nice clean location. Friendly staff. Great check in special. My only complaint not many flavors.

Good product but could be better managed. Second time I’ve been to this store and they have a magic she’ll sign but no product. Tonight no hot fudge, whipped cream and napkins empty. Really, sorry should have supplies with fee exceptions. I’m a platinum member but I expect more when I’m spending $ 20 for me & kids. Love the product but may start going back to golden spoon.

I love yogurtland! But I’m so disappointed to give this location a low rating. I’ve been here multiple times and they’re always out of something or running really low on something. I always try to be forgiving and not really care about it but it’s been going on for a while now. They were out of certain toppings a few times and my recent visits here, they ran out of many yogurt flavors. Soo disappointing. I think the brookhurst location opens later and has more yogurt available. I always come to this location because it’s closer to home

I love this place because the customer service is spotless! Not to mention the Unilocal deal (: I always end up just paying for 33 cent!

I love Yogurtland and I go all the time. There’s one near my house and a second one near my school that I frequent. The rocket pop, strawberry lemonade, and pineapple are my favorite flavor. I just came here with a sister a couple minutes ago and we ate our yogurts inside. The employees were nice enough, but I was immediately put-​off because every machine had the light blinking that said it needed to be filled. I wanted some of the salted caramel and none was coming out. I continued to be disappointed with this particular Yogurtland when my sister and I sat down and I immediately smelled mildew. I have worked at food establishments and I know that smell comes from dirty rags that are used to wipe down tables. It made eating my delicious yogurt a less than pleasant experience. This location needs to step it up. I’ve never had a bad experience at other Yogurtland locations.

my favorite Yogurtland! Employees are also kind. Free Sample Cups (there’s a TON out in front) and the demographic of people here are always respectful and kind. It’s a neighborhood yogurt shop.

The taste is not to sweet and is light! Allowing you to Yearn for more, and you will be in flavortown! There are new unique flavors monthly, from root beer floats to orange creamsicle!
The staple flavor are ALL FANTASTIC for yogurt, you got cookies and cream, salted caramel, vanilla and godiva chocolate, all amazing flavors and lots more! The toppings are all weighted as well as the yogurt so you can mix and match to your liking! Toppings are diverse too! Average prices are around $ 3 for a smaller amount to under $ 5 for a pretty big portion if you are really hungry!!! Aww!

This is your typical Yogurtland. But, it’s a must go soon! The pumpkin flavor is DELICIOUS! I’m guessing it’s only here for a limited time. They also have fresh whipped cream which made the pumpkin yogurt even better!

I came here 20 minutes before they were closing. I know that’s a little rude to be coming at that time but cleaning
Up a small yogurt store shouldn’t take long in my opinion. When I got there, there were so many flavors! The employee was really nice and greeted us also. The only problem I had with this and gave a two star is because of the fact that five of the flavors I wanted were literally out. So I had to get a little bit of all five. That was really upsetting. Even though it’s almost time to close they should still have yogurt to serve.

Their original flavor is very tasty. Clean environment with outdoor sittings.

4 stars for friendly customer service. Took away one star for flavor options, there weren’t as much as other locations.

Cool place, was greeted right away and also offered sample cups.
Flavors were simple, there were some updated ones but they need to bring back the taro flavor!

Great location directly in front of The Bella Terra. Clean store and bathroom. Good variety of yogurts. They have a French Vanilla flavor with no sugar added. Tastes great. Many different toppings from real fruit, cookies, chocolates, and much more.
One thing they do here is charge you more to sit. If your order is to go, there is no extra charge. They dont have any seating outside and there are a couple of tables inside. That is the first time I have heard of this anywhere in the states.
Im sure other yogurt places will not charge you to dine in.

This location had some tasty flavors and I ended up getting cookies and cream with oreos, white chocolate chips, and chocolate sprinkles.
Our cashier was helpful and cheery. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He offered to open a rewards card for us, but I declined.
We sat at a table outside and it wasn’t as clean/​organized as I would have expected. There also weren’t any trash cans outside.
I would gladly go back again!

Best yogurtland! If you check in you get 3 oz free. The yogurt here is never watered down. It’s a corporate owned location and they are on top of it. Always clean & great customer service.

I love love LOVE the tart frozen yogurt! My BF on the other hand doesn’t really prefer tart as he gravitates toward coconut flavor. And that, my friends, is the very reason why Yogurtland is so incredibly perfect and near and dear to my heart– variety for the many moods we are in and for the many tastebuds that are out there. I like how they switch a few of the flavors up, yet keep some of the staples like the original tart. I’ve also noticed that they sometimes pair up the two complementary flavors to a machine. They at times have suggested combinations too which is good for the adventurous yogurt enthusiast.
Staff is always courteous, never forgets to ask me for my rewards card thereby helping me rack up points for 4 oz free (raise the roof!!), place is clean, all the assorted toppings are neatly stocked.
If I were to make a suggestion though… Put a trash can outside for those of us sitting outdoors! Would be nice to not have to re-​enter the store just to discard trash. Just sayin’.

I receive great service EVERY time I come here. One of the first few times I went in my work uniform on my lunch break and they gave me samples of about six different flavors for free. I guess they do this for local businesses. That’s awesome! Today Cheyenne was very helpful and offered me sample cups to try new flavors and gave me my giant spoon by liking their Facebook page. She also advised me to redeem my points on my card online since I forgot my points card at home. Nice employees, always clean, always have my fav toppings.

One year update (exactly a year since my first review on this place).
Well despite the fact that this location cut their hours of operation by a whole hour (used to be Sun-​Thurs close at 11pm and Fri/​Sat close at midnight) — it’s still my favorite Yogurtland because I live like 5 minutes away.
The employees are always friendly and cheerful when I walk in — even if the place is crowded or they are close to closing.
The machines are always in operation and there is always at least 2 or 3 flavors (out of the 15 or so available) that I like.
Toppings are well-​stocked and fresh (looking) and there is a good blend of wet and dry toppings.
Yogurtland has a great rewards system that is FREE to join and rewards you based on the total ounces of yogurt you buy. I’m already Platinum tier with them — so I get 4 ounces free for every 36 oz I buy (adds up quickly) — and a free 16 oz (thats a pound of yogurt) cup on my birthday. Pretty sweet deal.
