West Pharmacy

I called and asked if they carry a standard /​regular adult leg cast shower protector. They said they did so my friend went down their and bought it for me. They quoted me $ 25.00. Amazon was only $ 15.00 but I wanted to take a shower right away. My friend came back with a FULL LEG cast cover that had some weird saucer disk on it. It was also $ 30 plus tax. Obviously it was too big and awkward. So my friend drove all the way back there to exchange or refund it since THEY Made The Mistake and sold us the wrong item. They Refused to do an Exchange or Refund. Keep in mind that there is NO VISABLE SIGN saying no refunds or exchanges. The receipt says all sales are final which you receive AFTER you pay for it. They also do not tell you they won’t refund or exchange items. I believe this may be illegial because there us no notice posted. BUY from AMAZON not WEST PHARMACY.

I just called to find out if they have one of those tests to find out what blood type you are and since he didn’t have it he was ready to hang up on me! I asked him if he knew what local pharmacy might carry it and he was just rude and since I wasn’t giving him any business it seemed like he was done with me. But by his actions and attitude, he doesn’t know me and I wasn’t done with him obviously! I would never go to this pharmacy!

I love this pharmacy! It’s a nice break from a Wal Mart or CVS where everything is so corporate and the pharmacists are so short with you because they have to much to do. Katrina is always kind and is super helpful. I will continue coming here for as long as they’re here!

I have been buying Lugol’s Strong Iodine by prescription for several years from this place. It has never been an issue until today, then they decided to throw me under the bus. I called to place another order and was told by Katrina that their distributor did not have it and I would have to find it some place else. When I pointed out that they were the ONLY place out of all the pharmacies I originally called and it was medically necessary for me to have it and would they locate another distributor for it. She actually had the audacity to tell me «well you can go outside the country» or call around. SERIOUSLY? I even asked her to look in their Physician Desk Reference to find some of the manufacturers so that I could track it down that way. Her comment? «I’m too busy». What kind of thing it that to say to a patient who’s life will be turned upside down because they are TOO FREAKING LAZY to help source something that a patient needs for quality of life?
Fine, you want to be a complete witch, I will be reporting this incident to Good Neighbor Pharmacies to whom they are member. If possible I will figure out how to file a complaint to a reporting agency for pharmacies. Their behavior in this matter is so repugnant as to be unbelievable. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!!
Under no circumstances should you go here. They have their heads where the sun don’t shine and don’t give a hoot about their patients or their well being.
P. S. On 10÷21÷14 I sent a copy of this review to corporate. The behavior at this store was inexcusable and I for one will go out of my way to make sure that no one I know ever goes near the place again.

Overpriced and not very good service. I went in looking for a stethoscope, I found a Littman 3m Select in black. I inquired about different colors and they told me it only came in black. I purchased the stethoscope for $ 90 including tax. I went home and did some reasearch and found out not only did this stethoscope come in other colors, but it can be purchased for HALF the price many other places. I wanted to return it, unfortunatly my receipt says all sales are final.
Shame on me for not doing my research first

They have good inventory but the customer service is terrible !!! Not professional and disgusting, I won’t go back there, prices very hight

This is the type of pharmacy where you will find medical supplies and I don’t mean the usual suppository and aspirin but items like eye patches and not the kind you find at Halloween, tongue depressors, those weird tasting lollipops you get the doctor, plus the usual gauzes etc etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in need of a medical supply not found at the typical pharmacy I highly recommend it.

Ok. Total Mom and Pops kinda place. Like an old school pharmacy. Ran in here to grab a friends prescription. Didn’t even know it was there. I was in and out in less than 3 mins. Seriously. It was great. I like that!
It’s the kinda place that actually still has crutches, wheelchairs and things. The pharmacist was friendly. Nope an upscale place but not a total dive either.
