Tracy and Andreea Real Estate

I can’t recommend Tracy and Andreea enough! Tracy in particular has represented our family in four separate real estate transactions over the past few years — both buying and selling. Most recently, Tracy located and negotiated a great price for the purchase of my dream home in the Hollywood Hills! :). I recently got married there also and, although it’s not common, my realtor Tracy Anderson was among my guests! That is how much I value everything she has accomplished for myself and my family over the years. What a pleasure it was working with Andreea on our recent home purchase. She treated us like family from day one. We had a couple conversations about what we were looking for, and the listings she provided were dead on. You could tell she was really listening.
She also has a lot of connections and a strong network of local businessman that make her a great resource. She knew every other realtor we ran into when we were out looking at homes. She is knowledgable about home renovations and what is easy to fix in a place vs. what is not.
The seller tried to back out of our deal after the purchase agreement was signed. He even called her up crying about it! She stood firm and backed us up all the way. When she was representing us in conversations and meetings, she said everything that I would have said and more. She was even sick for a little part of the time we were in escrow, and she called us and worked on our deal form the hospital!
If i ever need to sell this place, she is the first person I will call. She is not just a realtor, but now I would consider her a friend.

Andrea & Tracy were great to work with. I have bought & sold 1 condo & 2 homes; Andrea was the agent for the most recent home sale. I interviewed a number of agents and was very happy that I had Andrea & Tracy take care of the listing. They had great ideas regarding how to fix the house prior to listing it; it was staged beautifully & had several offers immediately– all above asking price and the highest selling price in the neighborhood. My wife and I had a great experience working with Andreea. She’s very knowledgeable with the area and gave us great advice on what to look for when buying our first home.
Two things that really stood out with me:
1. During our first meeting, she took the time to describe how the house purchasing process works: what to look for, what’s the time line, how people get paid, who is involved — very honest discussion that provided guidance into what can be a very confusing process.
2. Second was the house evaluations. After touring a home, she asked us questions that we later quantified to really understand what we liked and did not like about a place. Rather than leaving things as purely a feeling, this process helped solidify what was right and what could use improvement before making potential lifelong decision.
Overall, we were very happy working with Andreea and definitely recommend her work.

Andreea Iliescu was the BEST agent, hands down. This was our first Home purchase and we had been looking on line and going to open houses for years. When we had enough saved up we had the pleasure to have Andreea working for us. She was a pleasure to work with, bringing her attention to detail and insight to our quest for the perfect home.
