These guys rock! I have left 3 other cleaners in HB, Seacliff, and the one on main. Been at this place now for many months and they are exceptional!

These guys have something against lint brushes. Recently, I have had to bring back a few of the clothing items because my «dry cleaned» clothes were covered with lint. They took the clothes back without a fuss but when I picked up my clothes for the second time, my clothes were still covered with lint.

We are regular customers here and we’ve never had a problem… nothing lost and clothes come back looking good. I am only giving 3 stars because aside from the woman named Shelly, everyone else who has helped me is consistently lacking in customer service. No smile, when greeted, ever. And the «thank you» when you’re done is consistently lackluster. My husband usually goes in, but I stop by about 2 – 3 per month (for the last year). If it were my choice I’d go somewhere else, where they might show appreciation our constant business (my husband has to wear slacks, dress shirts and sometimes suits to work). I HATE going in, as the attitude is so lame… it’s like I’m bothering them, lol. We stay because of the convenient location and because we’ve experienced no problems with missing clothes and quality of work.

I Use them on a weekly basis and have always been satisfied. They are friendly, great price, and can do next day service.

This place is decent, they launder my shirts and the prices are reasonable. For the most part no complaints… Ok well except for the one time they lost all of my shirts and gave me someone else’ clothing and then just offered to refund me the amount they just charged me and call it squaresies. However, to their defense the did let me look at all of their clothes before I found my actual order. Hmm… so I guess that was actually pretty bad.
I keep coming here anyways because since that last snafu, no other complaints.

Lost comforter and refused to replace. Found it 10 days later. Owner could have cared less.

Have had a few trips in here for regular dry cleaning, but last week I dropped off a favorite pair of pants for an alteration and on the date specified it was ready and exactly as I wanted it
