I’ve passed by this place in recent weeks and have come to find that this place is great! The staff is extremely friendly and down to earth. Definitely willing to work with you and help you out with your needs! The location is nice and has good parking (lots of good food in the area too). Prices are better than fair based on other places I’ve been in the past.
Anyways, I had a nice casual button up shirt that had a used engine oil stain and I thought the shirt would need to be trashed. I took my shirt to Sparkling Cleaners and when the shirt was ready for pickup, my shirt looked brand new again! Definitely recommending this place to my friends and will be coming back!

Terrible! Was going there for years now I will not go back there. Ruined my husbands shirts :(. First time didn’t clean only ironed and outed them back in bags. After we returned they washed but they already ironed in dirt and now they look terrible. There is spots and they look dirty :(

This place has gotten really expensive. I loved the previous owners. Such a nice couple, but the wife passed away from a long illness. The new owners are very nice but the prices are way too high compared to the surrounding area.

New Owners Destoyed an $ 800 Boss Hugo Boss Suit from Nordstom’s and claimed it was made of cheap material.
I had been going to Sparkling, and paying a slight premium for about three years prior to the change in ownership, and the prior high ratings were well deserved. With so many choices of dry cleaners, I’m shocked and saddened by how the new owner addressed laundering my brand new suit pants. My advice is to now stay clear of this business under new ownership if you have any clothes of value.
I purchased the suit from Nordstroms in South Coast Plaza at the end of March, 2014. I have about five suits I regularly rotate during the week. I had these pants dry cleaned by the prior owners of Sparkling Cleaners, I’d guess maybe 2 – 3 times, with no issues. In early September, I brought the same pants in to the new owner to be dry cleaned.
After getting them back they dramatically shrunk. It was completely puckered at the seams, and the fabric was pilled at the pockets, on the hemline and in the crotch. Very obvious signs that they item as laundered and not dry cleaned. I was out of town on business, so my wife went in with the receipt of the suit and the service in hand and met with the owners wife. The owners wife said, «she’d fix it.»
I returned with my wife the following Saturday to try on the destroyed pants. While the puckering was gone, the pilling and pulling remained. This time the owner said, «I’ve many shops and been in business 26 years and this never happened before.» We then showed him how new the suit was (not more than four months old), with the receipt. He matched up the item numbers on the reciept with the pants to make sure we were not trying to pull a fast one and requested we bring him the matching jacket. We returned with the jacket, and he took a photo of the suit’s receipt along with the pants and the jacket and said he’d investigate. He then asked for us to return the following week and he’d let us know the resolution.
A week later my wife and I returned. He again explained how long he’d been in business and that there was no way this could be his fault. He said, sorry there was nothing he could do, that I had purchased a shoddy suit and suggested I return the suit to Nordstrom, so they don’t buy more cheap suits.
I then asked him to write a note to Nordstrom on his card, explaining his reasoning.
I immediately took the suit to Nordstrom’s with the owners card. Upon immediate investigation, Nordstrom’s pointed out all the areas that clearly showed the item as laundered and not dry cleaned. This was not a seasonal boss suit, but one of their annual top sellers and they have never received a single complaint on this specific suit, or any other’s of the Boss brands for that matter.
I’ll post another review on a more respectable establishment when I find it. For now, I’m very sad the prior ownership has left.

This place is great! The people are always super friendly. They also have a computerized system for their dry cleaning so they don’t loose anything.
The best part is that they are a «Green» dry cleaning facility… no harsh chemicals here :) So you don’t have that nasty smell when you pick up your clothes. They also got a red wine stain out of a silk dress of mine! The best!
