They have a variety of flowers and are very fresh especially compared to the other stores around town. I went to albertsons next door to check what they had but the arrangements were ugly. The owner let me pick my flowers and gave me a brand new bouquet of flowers. The wrapped bouquets are cheaper than the vase ones! They were Very prompt and I will use them again!

I went to this place to get flowers for my grandma. The owner was very friendly and helpful. They created a very beautiful bouquet. I would definetely come here again!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CANNOT GET THE ORDER RIGHT! Do not order your flowers from this place!!! My boyfriend ordered my a custom arrangement and when it arrived it looked nothing like what he ordered. When he called, they said they would come pick my flowers up and give him his money back and he said that was out of the question… why would he want flowers delivered to me and then have them taken back!?? They proceeded to tell them that they did not have the supplies to make the arrangement that he ordered. They did not notify him that they could not make the arrangement he ordered they just sent out whatever they felt like sending. They did not help in any way and the lady was quite rude when he called. He said he needed to speak with the manager and she said I have to make another phone call can I call you back? Very bad customer service and does not get the order right. I will never buy my flowers from here again.

Beautiful plants, flowers and succulents here! Delivery person was kind and sensitive as she delivered a beautiful orchid to me in December from a friend for the loss of my sweet fur baby. I finally made it over this past weekend to thank them for both the great service and the double orchid arrangement that is STILL in bloom and healthy with very little attention from me. I was happy to see they also carry succulent arrangements — unique and quality plants that I could later plant in my garden if I chose to. I bought a set of three that look great by the pool. Seacliff Florist has been our florist since its been in the shopping center. They have always made our arraignment special. Yun the owner is always so nice caring and helps with knowing how to pick out the flowers. Thank you so much!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! Owners are AWFUL! If i could give them no stars I would! I have always spent money in there for lots of occasions over the years. I would never say what they had was great, but it’s convenient and close to my house and I like to support small businesses. One year I sent my mother flowers for Mother’s Day, my mom lives a half hour away and I planned on seeing her the very next day after Mother’s Day but wanted her to have flowers sent on actual Mother’s Day. She called to let me know she got them, but felt bad telling me that the roses where in terrible shape, already on their last leg of being dead, and fully open. I always send my mom the best and this way by all means NO cheap small arrangement, it was a 12 roses with several other flowers and greens… I told her I would take a look at them the next day when I came over, and I was mortified! They were awful, the petals already shedding everywhere, it looked like it was about 10 days old. I was so upset… both of us were. I took her to dinner and decided I would go into the flower shop the next day and talk to them about this. I went in and talked to an Asian female the next day who claimed to be the owner, and I believed she was, when I told her what happened she was rude, would not look at me, would not even accept any fault on her part, showed zero remorse, and was beyond rude. I have never been treated so poorly. I asked for nothing except to let them know what happened and how I felt about it, I was hoping they would just re send them again with better fresher flowers. They offered NOTHING! NOT EVEN AN IM SORRY! I grew angry by her attitude and UNWILLINGNESS TO DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION SO THAT WE BOTH FELT GOOD ABOUT THE OUTCOME. When I thought the situation could not get worse, she THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME! I said for what? Letting you know I paid 130.00 and got dead flowers? How long have I been a customer here? Go ahead and call the police, my fiancé is an officer. Be my guest. Last time I ever did any business with these vile people. If you want a great flower shop who treats you well and has great flowers go to A Secret Garden right around the Corner on Beach and Adams, or even Albertsons next door has better flowers.

While the arrangements were beautiful, I was appalled by the price. I liked a particular arrangement with 6 roses, 6 tulips, and a few lilies. I asked the price and the woman said 185. My wife loves flowers and I get them often. The woman could immediately tell I that I was aware that was a rip off. She started to negotiate. I Walked out. Life is too short, there are far too many wonderful florists to waste money with a dishonest one. Love in bloom is a better choice! Except they close early on Saturday. :(. I will find another. Won’t be be back to Seacliff!

For the past 4 years of my high school experience, every singe one of my friends have gone to the store for their needs. Despite time restrictions and general procrastination, the store can handle last minute orders for last minute plans. Not only are the owners friendly and understanding, they have a great selection of different flowers.

These people take flowers from local businesses. Saw this worker cutting birds of paradise outside of a Bank of America! I couldn’t believe it. They are going to cut someone else’s flowers essentially stealing them and then sell them? Unreal. I will never shop here

Very sweet lady here helped me get flowers for my moms house, told me how long they would last and how to take the pollen thing out so it doesn’t mess up the table. I honestly don’t know what the one star is talking about. Strange.

I stopped in here today to get my friend some birthday flowers. I went to the refrigerated area to see only a few small bouquets, one which would work just fine, that had some carnations and some other small flowers. It was in a coffee cup type, little vase. How much? $ 45! Whaaaaaa?
$ 45 is what I would expect to pay if I ordered online and had them delivered maybe, but not walking in. She asked me what my price range was, and I said around $ 25. Now at this point, you think she’d come up with something, right? Nope, she tried to bargain and sell me the same bouquet for $ 40 instead of $ 45.
I left. And went to albertsons in the same center. For $ 19 I got a bigger bouquet that included a few roses and some various others, and a small square vase.
