Chanelle has been cutting my hair for almost a year, and recently relocated to this very clean and orderly shop. Great news indeed since she is now 2 miles from my pad. She does the best job of anyone I have gone to in the last many years. A bit more than I have historically paid at $ 20, but the ol’ you get what you pay for I guess.
Give her a call to make an appointment, she just had a baby girl and needs to feed and clothe that sweet little bundle of joy.

I have been going to Lisa for the last two years and I have always been satisfied with my new hairdo. Lisa always does an amazing job and really makes sure I am happy with my hair. The salon is clean and well organized, which makes the experience 100 times better! All of the staff is super friendly! I highly suggest this salon!

I’ve been coming here for maybe a year now, getting my hair bleached blonde and then root touch ups, every appointment with Lisa. My hair always looks great after and she did a good job of making a high contrast of blonde and dark brown hair. Now we are slowly working on making most of it blonde again, little by little. This is the only place I go to for my hair color.

I had seen Salon Thairapy on the Living in OC Style Instagram. I am new to to the area so I did more research here on Unilocal.Boy am I glad I did and came here. Mya will have my loyalty as long as I live here when it comes to my hair.
1. She did exactly what I wanted with the color. She really listened to my concerns about warm and brassy tones and delivered a perfect color the first time! It was brilliant!
2. She was fast. Hi lights, low lights, cut and a beautiful blow dry in about 2.5 hours.
3. She was affordable. I have experienced a bit of California sticker shock on many things but Mya was budget friendly and did a much better job than some places that charge two-​three times as much!
Go to Mya! You will not regret it!

My stylist Adrienne is in the process of opening up her own salon and has established camp at Salon Thairapy temporarily. I’ll follow Adrienne anywhere — she’s amazing, talented, nice, and fun to talk to. The salon is great though. It’s a true «beauty shop» and reminds me of the place my grandmother used to cut her hair. It’s not snooty or too hip and everyone loves what they do.

MYA WILSON IS THE GREATEST!!!
She’s been doing my hair for at least 6 years and it looks perfect everytime. I get so many compliments, and she knows how to do exactly what you want. I trust her so much that I just let her go with it and do what she thinks will look good, and I have yet to be disappointed. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks everytime!
She’s easy to talk to and makes the experience enjoyable – not to mention great head massages while shampooing/​conditioning. She knows exactly what she’s doing!
As for the salon, it’s great. It’s always clean, and at a nice temperature. Definitely go visit Mya!
