I had a pair of Uggs that I wear when its freezing. Unfortunately, the seam on the side was busting out and we were having a cold snap. Took it in here, 10 bucks and shoes were good as new. Also, the owner seems very nice.

The owner is very friendly, but his services are a hit-​n-​miss. He tried to repair my first handbag’s handle but couldn’t and charged me anyway, instead of warning me beforehand. His work on my second purse turned out OK.

Yes, it’s right around the corner from me, but they take such good care of my shoes. Heck, they take better care of my shoes than I do (which is perhaps why I’m a steady customer). I’m in here all the time having my shoes fixed because I just wear them down. They glue my shoes back together, add new taps (and sometimes nails) to the end of my heels, polish, rewrap and just repair. They will make suggestions for repairs, but never in a way that screams, «we’re just trying to add to your bill!!!» There is a genuine desire to do a job well, and they do just that. I highly recommend this place for your shoe and purse TLC. Be ready to pay all or a portion of the fee up front.
