Randy met with us to find out what we were looking for in a home, and reassured us that we would not over pay for any home we put an offer on. Randy kept his word! He was honest, up front and does not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. If he feels a home is not a good deal he will let you know from the start. Once we found the house we ended up purchasing he would not allow us to over pay for the home. He made it clear what the value of the home was and suggested we do not go over that price. His price was right on with the appraisal!

We sold our million dollar plus home in Huntington Beach with Randy Aguilar as our agent. We went with Randy because we wanted someone who used the internet as a major tool for marketing the property. Randy had a sign out front that allowed buyers to text a number and get the information and pictures on our home. We had an offer in less than two weeks and later got a back up offer. We relocated from Denver to Southern California and needed to find someone who knew the area, and more importantly someone that we could trust. We recently came across the house of our dreams, even when we weren’t really planning to buy, and contacted Randy. This was our first home purchase so we were pretty nervous, but Randy helped us through the entire process and made it very seamless.
